Do your research and if u are not handy, call a pro because this needs hooked up to water, gas, electricity and intake/exhaust venting. Great value and performance. I would give 0 stars if I could! I bought this water heater barely over a month ago. I had it professionally installed. It was dead on arrival. I sent over $2000 to service repair people to try and fix it. They said it was not fixable. They contacted the manufacturer to no avail. I contacted Amazon to return it and they said the return window was closed just a few days ago. I was scammed by Rheem and Amazon. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! ... show more

This unit is noisy lol had to move it to the garage...had to install extra plumbing etc....best idea would be to get one that can be outside.....less venting etc.....be sure you have a good plumber and plenty of $$$ on hand!
