Rheem Prestige® RTGH-RH10DVLP-2 is a high efficiency condensing indoor liquid propane tankless water heater designed for continuous hot water. The built-in recirculation pump with auto-learning programing not only provides instant hot water but also only provides it when needed. Industry leading low flow activation with a minimum flow rate and minimum activation flow rate of .50GPM. Ultra Low NOx burner meets SCAQMD rule requirements of safety for low emissions. Additional safety features include flame sensor, overheat cut off switch, gas and water leak detectors, and exhaust and water temperature sensors. Venting up to 100’ with 3” PVC or up to 50’ with 2” PVC pipe. Can be used with up to 5 bathrooms depending on inlet temperature; .94UEF, 180,00BTU efficiency. Professional installation is required otherwise warranty void. Warranty: 12yr heat exchanger, 5 yr parts and 1 yr labor.

Replaced traditional hot water tank and went with what I thought was a reputable company and the "unlimited hot water" promise. Which both are a joke. After hiring a plumber to professionally install the tankless began throwing an error code 3 months after install during the dead of winter and no hot water. Rheem's customer service was a joke and they gave me nothing but the run around. Finally they sent a technician out 2 weeks later to replace the broken part at that time the technician discovered another bad part. So another 2 weeks goes by and Rheem sends another technician out to replace the second broken part. Then a month goes by with hot water in all faucets, then one day randomly with no error code the tankless will not give hot water to any faucet. I called an area plumber who stated our unit seems to be of poor quality and not worth repairing. Called Rheem requesting a replacement in which they denied and after hours on the phone the decided to send another technician out 2 weeks later. So long story short I've spend thousands on a unit that has only given hot water about 50% of the time and a joke of a warranty. ... show more
