I got a sheet of these for each of my twins 4.5 years ago when they were starting preschool. Now they are in 2nd grade and we ordered another sheet as we are about to run out of the original sheet. I use these to label jackets, pencil pouches, water bottle lids, baseball stuff (bats, gloves, batting helmets, inside hats...), lunchbox items (reusable ziplock bags, reusable Tupperware type bowls, bento boxes, spoons....) They go though the laundry, get hand washed with dishes regularly and occasionally go through the dishwasher. It is rare that one has fallen off. They are great! The hardest thing has been not losing track of the sheet. I do rub it and press hard for about 10 seconds when I apply it and make sure I am applying to a clean, dry surface.
