I love this chair. So I felt like a dummy yesterday when it was delivered because I couldn't find the controller in the box and while I was on the phone with the company's customer service I realized the controller was actually stored inside the seat cushion itself!! So I apologized and said thank you. The reason I chose this chair was because of the reviews about customer service and trust me it is every bit as good as the reviews say and more!!! They are so nice and willing to help at this company that manufactures the chair. So just a few steps of assembly, very easy, just unfold the chair out of the box, connect the battery cable and put the controller on the armrest and you are ready to charge. I charged the chair overnight for the recommended 12 hours for the first charge and today I took it for the first drive and I'm extremely pleased so far with this chair. Also note that the battery can be charged two ways, either through the controller port or you can remove the battery and charger it directly through the battery port, this is a great feature for me because I plan to mostly keep the chair in my vehicle for going places. I am 5'1 and weigh 300lbs so I was a little worried about seat width but I am still able to sit comfortably in the chair and it definitely handles my weight well. Also the arm rest does lift up if you need a little extra room to your side that isn't controlling the chair. It drives really great, I definitely find it easier to maneuver at a lower speed because it does go pretty fast. The only thing I would advise here is if you do need to go over a little bump in the concrete or threshold you will have to go backwards in reverse. But that's not really hard to do. I will tell you I looked and looked for weeks and weeks comparing so many different chairs and even lightweight scooters and I decided on this one because of great customer service and build quality, off board charging, no annoying voice prompts and weight limit and so far I'm so glad I chose this chair. So the only thing I haven't tried yet is to lift the chair into my vehicle. The chair does weigh 65 lbs without the battery so I'm a little bit worried but I think I can handle it. I may come back with an update after trying that and after using the chair for a while. I bought this chair to take with me places like just going places that have a lot of walking and also I'm planning to go on a cruise and I have a heavy duty scooter I drive around my neighborhood but my scooter weighs 200lbs and is very difficult to disassemble and reassemble plus even then one piece still weighs 100 lbs. So this is a great alternative I think. Those of us that need mobility devices all know the feeling of walking into a supermarket or other store only to find that all of the electric shopping carts are either being used or are completely drained, especially wally world. This will help so much to give me more freedom to go places now and not feel like I can only shop online. So if you are going crazy comparing chairs and trying to decide, I would definitely stop now and buy this chair. I will try to come back with an update after a while.

We purchased the Reyhee Wheelchair for my brother who has CP because his regular chair was broken for about four months. We purchased it in time for a family vacation at Disneyland. It arrived on time and required very little assembly. We made sure to give it the full 12 hours to charge initially. The battery life is excellent on this wheelchair. It can handle a 12 hour day at a theme park without needing a charge. The wheelchair folds down easily and becomes very compact, which makes it convenient to pack into the back seat of a car or large trunk. It's also pretty lightweight for a powered wheelchair. My brother's regular powered wheelchair weighs more than 200 pounds and is hard to take anywhere. This new wheelchair makes it possible for my brother to go on daily trips with my stepmom (like to the grocery store) because of its foldability and light weight compared to his other chair. This wheelchair isn't adjustable, but it is comfortable enough for him to use for long periods of time without causing him any pain. Its size makes it easy to use at home, even while making tighter turns in the kitchen. All in all, my brother is very happy with this wheelchair. It's a great alternative that he now has in case his regular wheelchair isn't working. It was great to see how happy he was to regain some freedom after months with a broken chair, and we're happy to have a new option we didn't have before for daily activities like running errands.

Terrible customer support do not buy. Completely fell apart before even a year, all the bolts fell off. It also threw my mother to the ground when she went over a ramp, it just ejected her and tried to fold up. Impossible to reach anyone, they answered the phone ONCE then dodged us when we tried to get replacement bolts. Tried email, online form, chat and phone. Do not buy.
