So far so good with this insect kill on contact spray. I don't really have a roach problem, but ants are an issue. So far, this seems to kill them and keep them from coming back. Summertime in Florida can really boost my ant issues as the daily afternoon rain seems to make them want to move in. It's always a battle. I sprayed the spots, including a crack in the concrete, where they always seem to get in, and I haven't seen a single ant since. That's a great sign that it's working. Now, does it work for 18 months? I don't know. If so, I'll never use another product because that will be amazing. I will say that it's worked perfectly for about 5 weeks. A far cry from 18 months, but it's a good start. So far, 5 stars. I hope it keeps impressing me.

My back porch is all pavers...I hate it. I get ants pretty bad in several of the cracks every summer. I sprayed the crap out of my pavers with this stuff and I have yet to see an ant this summer. I'm really hoping this was the solution to my ant hill woes. For now, I definitely recommend it!

Review of Revenge House Guard Pest Control, 32 oz Ready-to-Use Spray This seems to work as during initial use an ant immediately died (I think but did not check pulse, etc., to be sure). The labeling does warn against using this on food storage or preparation surfaces. At least initially the sprayer and nozzle worked well with an option for a wider spray nearly straight spray. This is not the type of product where ants bring some back to the nest to kill off others and the queen. Therefore it probably will be necessary to occasionally repeat spraying. The small test areas seemed to work for about a week but then found a few ants again so hit the areas again. Although listed as being safe for house plants do not confuse this to include anything that would be consumed or handled such as herbs. This is not mentioned but if there is a warning to avoid food preparation areas or equipment then that is enough for me to not risking use on the few herbs that I grow.

This bug spray kills ants on contact! During the wet winters and hot summers in SoCal, we often have ants invade our kitchen. We previously got the ant granules and placed around our house, that usually worked for a few months, but we would need to reapply again and again. I didn’t like the fact that a lot of the poison got soaked into the ground or soil. This bug spray is advertised to last 18 months! Only time will tell if this is a good claim or not. I highly recommend you wear gloves, face mask and long sleeves when applying this stuff. There is an overspray and You don’t want to get it on you skin or breath this stuff into your body. For the price ($10), this is comparable to the other ant sprays you find at the big box stores. If it protects my house for 18 months, it will be good money spend. I will update this review at a later date and let you know if it lasted 18 months or not. Thank you for reading this review, I hope you found it helpful.

Just not on contact. I have found that they will die but that was after spraying a LOT and they had to crawl through several times..

This came ready to use, and was easy to apply. It says it can be used inside and out. It didn't have any lasting scent. I don't have pets but do have small children so I initially used this in the porch and outside around the house. I did notice ants still around the area but not as many as before spraying. It seems to be reducing their numbers. I'll update if I notice a resurgence in ant activity.
