  • Decent for the price
The game selection was pretty good for the price; a lot of retro games from earlier systems, of course, and I only found one game from the PlayStation 1 generation. I have not attempted to remove the included micro SD card (which has neither a name nor a gigabyte size on it) and tried adding my own games, because I've been relatively satisfied with the overall selection of the games present on this device for the time being. The menu system of the device is easy to operate when going back and forth between the various features available, from choosing your system to play, to seeing what games you have played, being able to sort by collection, and to search for a specific title, although I did find it somewhat tedious having to type in each individual letter for a game title. Some of the translations of the titles do not match up with the actual title of the game, so it makes seeking out a specific game difficult at times. There are a lot of non-English titles available on the device, and unfortunately, these are not translated, so they are essentially unplayable given my geographic location. I also noticed at times that an incorrect image or no image at all would pop up when you selected a title to play; sometimes it was an incorrect title, sometimes it was a repeat from another title, and sometimes there was no title at all being shown as an image or screenshot. Sometimes, you wouldn't see cover art or an image from the game, you would instead see an image from the game publisher. I found some of the games to be mislabeled; a video game version of the board game Clue, for example, was actually a version of Monopoly. Clue was found elsewhere on the device under a different title. Similarly, I have come across one or two ROMs which have not played at all once the game is started. In particular, I find that the ROM for a McDonald's video game boots up and loads just fine, however when you press one of the buttons on the controller to perform an action, the ROM freezes, so the game is essentially useless. Another issue that I had was, I was unable to create a save state within games, thus I cannot comment on the efficacy of this. I may have simply been doing something wrong, but I couldn't get it to work from the pop-up menu when in a game. I believe that the included micro SD card can be expanded if someone were to want to add more ROMs to the device. I might try simply flashing a game image onto a micro SD card and popping it into the device to see if that works. The game stick is essentially a stick PC, probably running linux, and then I believe that the game data is on the SD card which is inserted into the device. Overall, I feel that the rating I have given this product is quite fair. You're not paying a lot of money, so you shouldn't expect a lot, but it's a very nice sampler of the retro gaming experience, especially for younger players who might not be as interested in it as an older or more experienced gamer might be. It's something nice to have on hand when you are traveling or just want to play something quickly on the fly. Everything loads quickly and easily, and when it does work, it works quite well. This is a somewhat nice starting point for game emulation if you don't want to put out a lot of money right away. ... show more

  • Great Wireless Game Console!
Recently picked this up for the my niece and nephew for when they come over and it has been a blast! What I like about this item is that it comes with two controllers and is perfect for playing two player games! There also is a ton of different games you can play, from racing, to shooting to old school games! I love all the different emulators and that is mainly what I play when I play be myself. It is pretty easy to set up, just plug in, turn on the controller and set the channel to the HDMI port. Only thing I wish this thing came with was the batteries for the controllers but small inconvenience. Overall I think for the price point, this thing is great for little kids and even adults to explore some of the older games we used to play. Would definitely buy again and it is a perfect thing to add to your game set up or main living room! ... show more

  • Very easy to set up.
This was a really easy and quick setup for a gaming system. All you have to do is plug it into your TV via the HDMI outlet and the wall. You will have to acquire the games that you would want to play which depending on how you get is questionable per the games. It works very well as an emulator for the games and I do wish it did offer a four player option for the games that could benefit from that. Nonetheless I still feel this is a really great setup for any entertainment room for that price. ... show more

  • My son loves this
Color: Gray
I bought for my son on his birthday, and he loves it a lot. This set includes 2 handles, and we can olay together. It is very small, and he just plugs in to TV. That’s it. There are a lot of games that I used to play more than 20 years ago. Make me feel my young time.

  • Nice and old age games
This game me a old age feel when i use to play mario, aladdin, contra and many other games but with a different approach of Bluetooth instead of wiring. There are more than 40K games pre loaded and many of them can be played flawlessly. The console got connected easily to the TV and controllers to the Bluetooth. Easy to operate but need a few times to understand and to know about the console buttons. This is good for kids as a beginners for playing video games, in budget and good console. ... show more
