Good product, had about 6 months so far. It looks good, operated easily, secures the truck bed. There is a little leakage but the front rail of the bed was slightly bent when installed. Like other reviews the directions were a bit sketchy. There was a little trial and error while assembling. Once completed I'm totally satisfied with the product itself.

It doesn’t fit on my truck, (Ram 1500 lone star 2019), the seller lies 🤥 in the information, it should have been fit in my truck, but the internal adjusters have not been created for this type of truck, the lock does not work, it arrived broken, and the parts do not work for my truck model either, a complete scam, I have tried to get the seller to answer about this but he remains silent, do not waste your money on this article it is not good, it is not fair!

The media could not be loaded. NO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE SHIPMENT, NO LINKS TO A VIDEO FOR PROPER ASSEMBLY HAD TO GO TO YOUTUBE FOR HELP VIDEO THERE WAS A VERY SIMILAR COVER THAT HELPED ME GET IT INSTALLED ON MY TRUCK LOOKS GREAT WORKING GREAT NOW HAD TO LOOSEN EVERYTHING TO PROPERLY ADJUST RUBBER SEAL WHERE THE MAIN BOX SITS TO BLOCK WATER FROM COMING IN THE BED OTHER THAN THAT IT'S GREAT FOR THE MONEY.

in spite of poor directions, the cover works well, and its quite affordable. The lock does work, you just have to understand that it does not lock out the strap/release inside. My tailgate must press up against the strap release inside and it slid open once. Simple remedy, lock the strap down to the left. Other than that, it's not easy to put together alone. And you should look for youtube videos of silmilar products. And yes, tailgates leak, they have no seal, if you want the bed to stay dry you need to purchase a tailgate seal.

Missing tailgate lock latch, rubber seal caulk strip amoung other important installation parts. Appearance doesn’t follow bedrail lines from factory. Rails don’t tapper in towards the tailgate and slightly hangs off the bed rails on the outside. Honestly if I would saved up a few more bucks and bought from a more reputable manufacturer. Lesson learned…

The packaging was very good and secure. The instructions were not easy to figure out regarding the specifics of connecting the side rails to the cover of the canister. I highly recommend watching the video and paying close attention to how to put this together. It will definitely take two people too as this is heavy, awkward in shape, and to protect your truck while fitting it on the bed rails. My item arrived with some air packaging inside the retractable top box canister and the packaging was pressed hard enough against the top that it wore the finish off in that area. I'll upload pictures to show that. Besides the scuff on the top, I am very pleased with this item.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This was not the best product & our mistake. Although it’s “surviving” I wish I could have just returned it. My husband wanted to keep it & just work with what we had. The instructions didn’t even come in English & the pictures were NOT clear so we spent hours trying to figure out how to put it together. Wasn’t the best compatible with my Ram 1500 Quad Crew. So pass this product & look at better ones!
