This retractable hose reel has been a very useful addition to the outside of my home. The wall mount bracket feels sturdy once installed, and I appreciate that the reel swivels so it is easier to move around the yard without fighting the hose. The automatic rewind system works smoothly and pulls the hose back in neatly with very little effort. I also like that the hose can lock at different lengths, which makes watering plants or rinsing off equipment much more convenient. Solid, high quality! Hose and connections are solid and secure, no leaks at all. Return-spring is strong, multiple nozzle sprays very useful. Compact, tucks nicely against side of house. Long and strong anchor bolts and anchors (extras included!) are great for older rock walls. A 12mm (1/2”) masonry bit needed to drill. Great hose reel!

This is a great product. Works surprisingly well. First time that I am seeing something like this and it is simply incredible. The media could not be loaded. This is a game changer so easy to use and move around the yard. Makes watering so much easier the long hose is awesome and the pressure is great. The swivel base makes it easy to move all over. The nozzle is also great different options to use. I have over an acre land and will get another one for backyard. Used to hate watering or washing car now just pull the hose out and when done it self rewinds and you walk it back.
