I recently purchased a set of exercise bands at a department store, but they were really stiff and hard to use. I ordered these and am very happy with the difference. This set includes one each easy, medium, and hard resistance. I've been using the easy and medium bands for various exercises. These bands are made of a pliable rubber that stays in place and doesn't rub my skin. They're comfortable to use while providing the perfect amount of resistance. I like the three levels and have noticed good results with their use. They come in a nice carrying bag along with instructions. The instructions are handy, but I wish they were printed a bit larger for easier reading. The price for this set is a great deal.

I ordered these resistance bands to have at home to do some basic exercises. The bands are high quality, well made bands. An important feature of this package is that they actually have directions with some exercises included. To get any sort of instructions in anything anymore is rare. The bands are color coded to reflect low, medium and heavy resistance. The low are orange, the medium blue and the heavy are purple. They come in a great little mesh bag to easily store them, which is nice. I don’t like to have things just laying around or piled in a drawer. Since they are a woven fabric, they are much nicer to use than the rubber resistance bands which tend to pull and stick, and these are wide, which makes them easier to use. The band goes over my thighs comfortably. They are wide enough and made so there is very minimal slippage on my thighs when doing squats and other exercises. These are great for beginners and are really low price for the quality and number of bands that you get.

Following hip replacement, I’m slowly moving forward with strengthening exercises, and have now started a beginning routine with these resistance bands. My physical therapist was impressed with the size and overall quality of these bands… and so was my daughter, who had prompted me to get some. My therapist instructed and demonstrated how to start slowly with exercises using the band with least resistance, then over time move up to the band with the middle level of resistance, then eventually move on to the band with the most resistance, as my hip strengthens. I was impressed that they were both impressed with these bands, and I expect good results from using them.

I have tried the thinner, rubber bands before and they are uncomfortable and don’t stay put. I love these cloth bands. The width of the bands, the fabric used to make them, and the weight of them helps them to be more comfortable than the thin rubber bands, and helps them stay put. I also love that there are three levels. I use these type of cloth bands for all of my concentrated glute workouts, either for hip-thrusts or for side steps/duck walks. They don’t seem like much the first rep, but you feel it by the end…and the next day.

This set of resistance bands comes with three bands, a mesh drawstring carrying bag and an instruction card showing 9 exercises. The set contains one orange, one blue and one purple band, which coordinates with three resistance levels. While it doesn’t show the corresponding resistance levels anywhere on the instruction card, the Amazon product listing shows orange, as being the lightest resistance, followed by blue being medium level and purple being the hardest. The quality quality of these bands are comparable to the ones I use at the gym with my trainer. The material is thick and durable, the colors are pretty and the fabric quality feels very nice. The included booklet shows a set of 9 exercises with illustrations. The instructions are well-written and easy to understand. The mesh drawstring bag provides a way to store the bands to keep them neat, but is also handy for taking them along when you travel. These are great! Highly recommend.

If you’ve been using regular rubber bands for your workouts, let me tell you, these are worth the upgrade! Anyone with hairy legs (like me, see pic) can attest to many a hair getting pulled out while exercising. These bands are made of fabric with the elastic woven in, so they’re waaay more comfortable. They have little bit of woven rubber inside to keep them in place, but it never snags. You get three color-coded bands of different resistance levels and a convenient carrying baggie. Haven’t had them for long, but the quality seems very good. I’ve really enjoyed using them and I think you will too.
