Took some time to really use these, put them through some workouts...The levels of resistance meets my needs and also my teenage son who also uses them. These are use for home workouts, so barefoot all the time and they're slippery nor greatly grippy. Very versatile for the workouts, fit nice and snug to my feet, ankles, knees, hands...not bad. These are great. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they can roll up and that hurts when you’re trying to stretch. It like digs in a bit.
