Absolutely top-notch. Really thoughtful design, with options for loop-through or easy loop-around; smooth vinyl coating to avoid rough edges cutting into the bands, and [amazingly] available in a white that means they 'disappear' into my walls when not in use (I painted over the bolt heads). I chose these ones because they are made of one piece, so there's no risk of a nightmare accident due to a faulty spot-weld. I was so impressed I ordered more. (I happen to have double-studs right where I've installed them, so I'll be able to do the double-installation they show on their listing, and that will give me such precious peace of mind.) I'll mention, also, that the seller is kind of extraordinary in this world of independent, non-responsive, often uncaring merchants. They responded *immediately* to a query/concern I had, and then went to truly extraordinary lengths to help me out. The media could not be loaded. I used these (3 pairs) to mimick the exercises i do with a functional trainer. Very sturdy once installed. They offer a wide range of exercises in my garage gym, with a small footprint. I highly recommend.

I continue to me nervous when I hear the rubber resistance band stretch against the wall mount, but I know for a fact that all three are securely screwed into a wall stud. I do have terrible visions of the mount becoming loose and somehow striking me in the head or body, but I believe if that ever happened, this product wouldn't be allowed to be sold. Or, at least, it would be user error during the installation process. These are very solid wall anchors and seem to be well made. Installation is easy as long as you have a hand drill to pre-drill the pilot holes into the wall studs. I believe I uses a socket wrench to then install the mounts with the provided bolts. Do take into account the amount of room you may need when installing these mounts. I wish I had thought through the types of exercises I would utilize these for prior to installation, but I was more concerned with the possibility of electric wires or water lines behind the drywall and I let this concern trump the functionality of the product. I think I could have been just as careful while installing them on a different wall that ultimately would have worked better for my needs.

I bought these one-piece no-weld anchors to replace a popular adjustable anchor system that I didn't trust to not fail. Plus, I discovered I didn't really need 10+ different height settings. It's faster to just move the band, and fewer moving parts to fail. Three anchors locations is enough, four is better, and five is probably too many. I wish they were sold in packs of 1 and 2 instead of just 3. Minor complaint. I have two main complaints. First, as stated by other reviewers, the screws are junk. Whether you use the provided screws or not, you should pre-drill the holes into wood structure with a drill bit about half the diameter and nearly as long as the screws. This is a must if you are using the provided screws. If you can tighten them without too much high twisting force, then they're probably fine. It wouldn't hurt to also rub a little Gulf wax or crayon onto the threads to provide lubrication. However, the head of the screw will be weakened if you use too much torsion (twisting force) to fully tighten it onto the wall. This would be easy to do with an impact driver or the leverage created by a socket wrench. As a test, I put a screw into a bench vice, used a small hand-sized socket wrench, and easily broke the head off the screw with one hand. I repeated this test with three screws and easily broke them all. To be fair, there shouldn't be any twisting force once the screw is in the wall, but the trick is getting them in the wall without weakening the metal. Obviously, you don't want the head to pop off while doing an exercise. So, for just a few dollars, I replaced them with STAINLESS steel (not zinc) #12, 2 inch long (slightly longer than the provided screws) pan head screws. I still pre-drilled and waxed the threads. I'm confident that those screws are stronger, and I didn't weaken them screws when fully tightening them. I tested one in the bench vice and it took two hands and more force to break off the head. The second complaint is that the fastener holes are barely too small to accommodate a standard 1/4 inch lag screw, which is the smallest diameter lag screw commonly available. Lag screws are ideal due to their deeper threads, strength, and socket wrench head design. So, 4 out of 5 stars for providing junk fasteners for a product that boasts sturdy construction. Plus, not making the holes barely larger to accommodate 1/4 inch lag screws - the best fastener choice. Pro tip: If you don't want to strip a phillips screw head, and you usually won't if you pre-drill and wax the threads, then be sure to use a phillips bit size that matches the size of the screw head. The screws I used required a bit that is larger than standard, and I had no problems with the bit slipping and stripping the screw head. Finally, I'm curious how the rubber coating is going to hold up. If they wear out then using plastic dip could be an option.

I bought this product and gave it five stars for one simple reason, pretty much every anchor has welds in it. Some ads even tout having stronger welds than other anchors. Which begs the question, wouldn’t you want no fail points at all? These are just strong-a$$ stamped steel. To be fair, the side hooks are pretty useless unless you have perfectly round bands but I use a climbing grade caribeener to attach my X3 bands to the center hole and they work perfectly.

Ordered these for our home gym. The brackets are good and strong. However, the supplied Lag Bolt Screws I received are very cheap. Made in China. The first one I screwed in with my drill the head broke off. I had to move the bracket to get another hole. Tried again and another screw head broke off. Adjusted location a third time and this time I used my rachet. Every thing went ok. Thought maybe my drill was just to powerful. Installed second bracket ok. Third bracket installed and again lag bolt screw head snapped right off when almost tight. I ended up using my own lag screws but had to drill slightly larger hole in bracket. My lag bolt screws are way stronger and better material. Be cautious if using provided lag screws....very cheap and could cause you some personal damage if they popped off.
