The media could not be loaded. I used these (3 pairs) to mimick the exercises i do with a functional trainer. Very sturdy once installed. They offer a wide range of exercises in my garage gym, with a small footprint. I highly recommend.

Pros: Smart design that allows for a variety of ways to attach bands. High quality sturdy, 1 piece design with a protective sleeve. Easy to install, and you can position them vertically, horizontally, etc. Cons: None Note on Installing: Make sure you are screwing these lag bolts into a predrilled stud, using a diameter bit that is several sizes smaller than the bolt.

Ordered these for our home gym. The brackets are good and strong. However, the supplied Lag Bolt Screws I received are very cheap. Made in China. The first one I screwed in with my drill the head broke off. I had to move the bracket to get another hole. Tried again and another screw head broke off. Adjusted location a third time and this time I used my rachet. Every thing went ok. Thought maybe my drill was just to powerful. Installed second bracket ok. Third bracket installed and again lag bolt screw head snapped right off when almost tight. I ended up using my own lag screws but had to drill slightly larger hole in bracket. My lag bolt screws are way stronger and better material. Be cautious if using provided lag screws....very cheap and could cause you some personal damage if they popped off.

Really like these wall anchors for using athletic bands. They are small but strong and have the multiple angle slots for placing the band. The included screws are aluminum garbage though, I broke multiple screws during install without even torquing that hard with my drill. Highly recommend picking up some decent steel lag screws from the hardware store. Would have given 5 stars but for the screws. Seems like if you are advertising how strong your product is, you probably should not package aluminum screws with it.

These are extremely well built. If attached to a stud properly, they won't break out (if you have used something like this that broke or came out of the wall using bands, you know how seriously an injury or even death on the chance of a failure can be. Picture getting a piece of metal sling shotted through your skull or into your face if you use heavy bands. I've been using these heavily for 3 months now, with very heavy bands. I see no sign of them coming out of the wall (be sure to use really good bolts), the metal this is made of is never going to break, the only failure I could see is if you didn't get it into the wall properly. Fantastic device that I've turned a bunch of bands / bands with handles into a fully functional cable machine. The variety of attachment points makes it easy to add or remove bands, whether by the clips or the band itself. Very versatile and tougher than nails. Beats paying thousands for a cable machine if you can't afford one or fit one.

I continue to me nervous when I hear the rubber resistance band stretch against the wall mount, but I know for a fact that all three are securely screwed into a wall stud. I do have terrible visions of the mount becoming loose and somehow striking me in the head or body, but I believe if that ever happened, this product wouldn't be allowed to be sold. Or, at least, it would be user error during the installation process. These are very solid wall anchors and seem to be well made. Installation is easy as long as you have a hand drill to pre-drill the pilot holes into the wall studs. I believe I uses a socket wrench to then install the mounts with the provided bolts. Do take into account the amount of room you may need when installing these mounts. I wish I had thought through the types of exercises I would utilize these for prior to installation, but I was more concerned with the possibility of electric wires or water lines behind the drywall and I let this concern trump the functionality of the product. I think I could have been just as careful while installing them on a different wall that ultimately would have worked better for my needs.
