Initially, the tank arrived damaged- the base was cracked and the box was damaged on one end. The replacement was in perfect condition. It was very easy and intuitive to assemble and only took me a short time. My bearded dragon is happy with the upgrade and I can leave the sliding doors open to allow her to come and go (supervised). The lock works fine. The screen lid has latches for security. The glass panels are fairly solid with no rattling. Sand gets in the front door tracks, but can be easily vacuumed out. Overall, I would recommend and I am happy with the product.

I was impressed with the build quality of this thing as soon as I got it out of the box. It was easy to put together, It looks sharp, and the design was well thought out. The lock is really nice. I was expecting one of those metal slide locks you might see on a locking case in a store, but the lock is so discreet at first I thought it didn't come with one. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right enclosure and I'm really happy with my decision. Great enclosure. Great value for the money.

THIS IS NOT A DOUBLE HINGED DOOR ENCLOSURE, it has two sliding glass doors, not as advertised. Otherwise a good product but woefully inneficient as a tortoise enclosure. Substrate gets stuck in the glass tracks which prevents the doors from closing completely and sends substrate falling to floor. Also grinds the glass. Also tried getting in touch with customer service--good luck from this Chinese manufacturer! Item being returned. FALSE ADVERTISING...BE SURE WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

Overall, this is a good cage for our bearded dragon. It’s sturdy, and the sliding doors make keeping up the cage convenient. My only complaints are: 1. The product came with outdated instructions making me think I was missing two pieces. 2. The cable pass was extremely hard to separate. It took me legitimately 30 minutes of trying and using various things around the house to try to grip it in order for it to twist off. The assembly process is easy once you figure out you aren’t missing pieces, and have the strength to separate the pieces of the cable pass.

I love it and it looks so fancy. I purchased for my red foot tortoise. She is loving it. It was packaged very carefully..it came to me with nothing broken or any missing pieces. Very easy to install, directions on the manual is easy to understand. Comes with gloves too so thats cool. Only one thing is the lock doesn't work or maybe I'm not turning it correctly(?). I tried everything. I read some reviews on here other people have the same problem too with the lock. UPDATE***** i figured it out and it was my fault for not knowing how to use the lock..the lock does work. I think everyone installed the front sliding glass incorrectly. There are 2 areas for you to place the 2 glass to slide it right? Well the glass on the right side should be ppaced on the first line..and the glass on the left side should be placed on the 2nd line (behind the right glass. When you turn thr key to the left..it unlocks the slide doors and when you turn the key in the middle it locks it up(and you will see the glasses kind of lifts up when it is being locked)

The instructions where vague and incomplete and the mesh top came damaged but not beyond use. There was also loose shards of glass in the bottom of the box that did not come from my terrarium. Over all thought assembly was easy enough to figure out with the instructions and it feels very sturdy.
