Absolutely LOVE these 32 ounce size Ninja mixing cups. They give the extra space needed to for more liquid fluids and ice and it blends better with more room. Great purchase! Wish I had got these sooner! Esily held 8 frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop protein powder then filled to the 800 ML line with water and blended. Lots of room for fruit to move around and blend with water and oh so good! The 24 oz. mixing cup is too small for this large smoothie. 32 oz. is great!!
