I bought this mat to replace a similar one I was already using. It was a tacky, blue, plastic monstrosity that I hated with a burning passion. I wanted something similarly sized that fit our home decor color scheme. For a product under $10, I'm ridiculously happy. The color appears true to what was photographed, and it's just about the same size as what I had before, and exactly the same as the dimensions listed. When it came, it was rolled up, so it's taken a little while for the silicone to rest and flatten out, but that doesn't bother me. Now my cat has a nice little dining space in our dining room that isn't an eyesore!

My cat makes a mess with her wet and dry food so I bought one of these to put the bowls on. She is still somehow able to move it a little so food gets behind the mat. I have not used it in my dishwasher yet, but it is a pain to dry and clean it in the sink. It is long and awkward and just flops over the divider in the sink so I am not sure if I always clean all of it. It does catch most of her food and water that she spills, its just the cleaning part that gets annoying.

The quality of this product is high. My cat has not destroyed it like others before it. It is attractive too. I would highly recommend for those cats who "paw/scratch" before they drink water. This mat keeps the bowl in place and if it happens to spill, it captures the water very well, so easy to clean and keep your floor from issues.

Never had mats didn’t‘need’ them Decided to try these Love the way they define the area and keep stray kibble in check Abigail my Maine Coon likes to lie beside the bowl and use her paw to pull the food onto the floor Before the mats it was annoying… messing up my floor Now I don’t even notice because she’s messing up her space not mine Even a light colored mat would work because again it’s her space she’s messing up But the added bonus of these mats is being dark it camouflages the kibble They are rubber and so they keep the dishes in check
