I’ve had several similar cable systems in my home gyms. But RENRANRING weight pulley system was the greatest price for what I get. I’ve spent much more in the past and didn’t get as much value as I did with this. On time delivery, extra clips, extra cable, loading pin instead of cheap strap. The pulley is very smooth. This Pulley System is great for workout！ I have added one more weights into my home gym room. I have been using this for upper body workout and a abs work out .So far during the pandemic, places have been gouging and outrageously priced. This is priced very reasonably. Like I said, I paid more on other products and received less value well before Covid. Great job on this one guys. I like this weight pulley system, it has a good quality, the weight is manageable and overall I am satisfied. Overall happy with this purchase for <$50. I attached it to the pull-up bar on my squat rack and it adds the option for a few additional cable-based exercises like lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, and single arm accessory work. It comes with a clamp that essentially lets you adjust the cable to whatever (shorter) length you need for your setup. The attachments all seem fairly high quality. Note the lat pulldown bar is a 3 piece bar you need to screw together, but it seems sturdy enough. Now the caveats: * The sleeve on the loading pin to make it accommodate Olympic plates with 2" centers is actually made of high density foam and not plastic or metal as I had initially thought, so you have to be a little careful loading plates to avoid crushing it. It also seems like the sort of foam that will deteriorate over time. Would have been nice if this was at least a stiff plastic collar if not a metal one. * The quick release clamp for the loading pin doesn't seem all that necessary since gravity is already holding the weights down, and it leaves some wasted space towards the top of the pin. I would have much rather they just made the sleeve for the 2" plates longer (i.e. basically the same length as the pin) so that you could fit more plates on there. * Since this is just a single pulley, any pulling movements will need to be done at an angle because otherwise the weights will hit you as it travels up and down. How much of an angle depends on the size of the plates that you're using, whether it's denser iron plates or the wider bumper plates. Not a huge deal but it's worth noting since it may not be obvious until you install everything. In the product pictures the pulley, weights, and person are not in proportion which makes it look like a less dramatic angle. * Changing weights involves unclipping the carabiner attaching the loading pin and reattaching it, which can be a little awkward. It would have been nice if this connection point was designed as a quick change system that has a button operated latch/unlatching mechanism but of course that would drive the cost up and may be less secure. ... show more

Pros: Easy setup, quiet wheel, comes with everything listed and the product overall is solid. Cons: The lengths of the cables are a bit long, so you’ll have to shorten them up. Removing and reloading weights also takes a bit of time having to remove and reattach the cable. However I don’t really mind this. Overall it’s a great cheap box that comes with a lot of easy to set equipment. I bought it mainly for pull downs and tricep extensions and it works great. Definitely can be used for flys, bicep curls etc. Takes a little bit of setup time. Definitely worth the buy! ... show more

The provided lat bar isn’t one piece. It comes in 3 pieces that you will need to assemble. It’s not very wide as shown in the picture. It will work now but I’m looking into getting a different lat pull down bar. The pulleys are ok and I didn’t realize I’d need to size the cables myself. I ended up buying rope instead. ... show more
