The tool box was not as big as I thought it was going to be to manage all of my tools but for the person just starting out collecting their tools, this would be a nice product to start with. The seller refunded our money in full and we appreciate their customer service.

This item is cheap, came dented, crooked,and missing pieces. It was lopsided and not level. Box was in fine shape, very disappointed in this product.

Received as a gift. Opened it up and there was a big dent on back of bottom cabinet. Also thought "where is the top chest"? Turns out, it was inside bottom cabinet. The instructions didn't mention the bolts on bottom of unit to remove to get top chest out.I actually had to look at product questions on Amazon to figure it out. All in all though, it went together easily. A little smaller than I had hoped for. This is by no means a heavy duty item meaning not made for a commercial shop. But to have in your garage, shed, basement it fits the bill. About the damage: Did not affect how it works and seller gave me a refund. I wanted to give a 3.5 rating, but unable ... show more

I wasn't expecting much, but it is worse than I thought it would be. The box it arrived in was in good shape yet the tool chest has dents all over it, the metal is really thin, I decided to keep it because it will only be used lightly to store tools I don't use very often, and I don't want to hassle with returning it, I was able to beat out most dents and I don't care what it looks like, also the brackets that hold the bottom door are bent so bad I can't use the door but I don't want it anyway, ( you might though). Most of the drawers dont close all the way. I wouldnt buy this chest for more than $100-125. ... show more
