I purchased this scale to replace a $500 InBody scale that I bought a few days prior. I returned the InBody because despite the high cost, it gave me 5 different fat measurements in a few days, with extremely high % variation. The app also didn’t allow any PDF results download. I only could have a single line .cvs file! So I gave RENPHO a try, and am absolutely loving it. It is not just more precise (same % measurement over several days, matching my doctor’s professional measurement), but also has a VERY good app. Absolutely everything I need is in there, with measurements of muscle and fat divided by body parts, and a professional, complete PDF report to download. Or to mention that it is way cheaper than the other one. Highly recommended

This scale was super easy to set up, with the connected app on my phone. It came with enough charge to immediately put into use. It looks cool, too! The amount of detail I was able to obtain is amazing. The printout gives me the ability to see my initial baselines as I begin my workout programs. In addition to printing out my results and metrics, I exported the PDF into an AI program (I use all three - Gemini, Chat and Claude) and I'm able to create an excel workbook and a body comprehensive reference guide covering all 17 metrics, each one explaining my values and it's importance. If you are serious about tracking your body metrics, I can't think of a better scale at home to do it with.

Love this scale! It’s been with me throughout a 130 lb weight loss since I started keto in 2018. I had an older version that took batteries when I started (now have this rechargeable version) and I’ve been happy/surprised at how accurate it is compared to the scale at my dr’s office. I love seeing my progress and it helps keep me motivated and holds me accountable. I intend to keep my keto lifestyle for the rest of my life and I hope I always have this scale and app with me. The app is easy to use and I have no problems syncing it and it’s certainly been dropped and fumbled by my clumsiness several times over the years with no damage or issues in functionality.

We got this scale 2 weeks ago and have been using it daily to capture trends and help us stick to our goals. It looks clean, sleek, and it’s lightweight. I do think it’s quite accurate and consistent as long as you are being consistent with the timing/state you weigh yourself. For example I do it daily after using the bathroom and before drinking water and don’t see massive spikes. Make sure the scale is on a flat surface, this was where we were seeing discrepancies. Because we have a smaller home, we have to put it away each time after using, which makes it hard to keep calibrated. The app is very easy to use, we have 2 separate accounts but it’s probably easy if you create one account and then profiles under the 1. This will allow you to not have to use the mobile app to store the reading as you can select the profile from the scale. Otherwise I just open the app, click on “go to measure” and it helps connect to the scale. I also make sure to grab the bar first, then I step on the scale. Overall I highly recommend this scale! It’s very easy to read and understand the data. Most data points are definitely accurate and helpful. Some like the waist to hip ratio are off, but you can gather your own by using measuring tape (mine said I was at .91 when I’m really at .7) if you like data this is definitely for you!

Incredibly disappointed. I’ve been a Renpho product user for some time, and was excited to try their more updated and accurate comp scale! However, when I synced the new device to the app and removed my old device- all of my old data was removed with it. Thankfully I was able to restore my data (7 years worth of measurements!!!) by adding the older device back, but I’ve been emailing with support and they have no way to transfer older data and integrate it into the system even though it’s all THEIR system. Their advice was either to leave the old device on the app- which still doesn’t solve the issue where my data is hidden in the device history, and does not display on the home page history- or to generate a pdf of the old data for my records?? This is ridiculous. Should also be noted the new device does not feel as high quality as the older comp scale. Older scale is very slim, and made of a heavy glass. This new one feels too lightweight, is larger, and also thicker- and mostly plastic. The readings I do believe are likely to be far more accurate- but I’m not going to lose 7 years of weight tracking for the potential for slightly more accurate results. Also- the new Renpho health app, as compared to the classic “outdated” version, is awful. It offers little to no helpful features without hunting around for it- and they have an ad block for their products right in the middle of the homepage that you cannot remove. I do also use their smart measuring tape, which only works with the newer app and will not sync or transfer data back to the older one. So I keep both apps installed with the newer one pushed to the back of my folders, so I can get the auto measuring data from the tape, then I manually copy and paste all of the measurements from the new app into the older one. Kind of defeating the point. I’m going to look into a new brand altogether because I’ve been loyal to this brand for, again, 7 years- and their new app is terrible, and their new products are dipping in build quality. Again- I’m sure the readings are more accurate on the newer model with better tech- but it’s not worth using the nightmare app and losing all of my data.

What a scale. Body composition without a subscription, who would of thought? Breaks down your body composition in simple terms to understand. Very accurate scale. I've bought the expensive $500 scale and this one beats it hands down. Well worth the money, so don't hesitate and just buy it. You won't regret it.
