Received this today, one day after ordering. Very happy with this purchase! It was charged and ready to use right out of the box. It's not very heavy, the noise isn't bad at all, it felt so good on my neck and shoulders which have been bothering me. I did have to look up online how to use the stand (probably because of pain pills I'm on lol). Overall very happy with the quality of this for the price I paid!

Great massager! Had for a very long time with no problems. Helped get out back knots, helped with my sciatica pain, lower back pain, and whatever other pain I was having. Really nice handle so you can reach your back on your own and don't have to have someone help you. I don't leave very many reviews either. Great product!

I’ve had 3 of these. My most recent lasted the shortest amount of time. I have had it 3 months and it’s not working right, power is less and it’s making weird sounds. It’s great when it’s working . My last one lasted over 2 yrs with no issues. The first one had something happen where it got really loud right away and customer service was great and replaced it. Over all I love it just wish I didn’t have to get a new one after three months.

Excellent massager…I bought the same one about 7 years ago and it was great and just had to replace it so I bought the same one although this one is a little lighter so my wife is happy about that. Does the job and no longer going for deep tissue massages or chiropractor

I've had it for a few years, and it hasn't been used a lot, but still working (good) and the battery has a fairly long life (once charged, it seems that it can run for well over an hour - they claim 140 minutes and that may be about right). My complaints are that after about a year, the rubber handle just seems to keep sliding off. I've tried a couple types of glue and double face tape, but no luck at keeping the rubber handle to stay on the unit. My other complaint is that after about 2 years, the label on the control buttons (on/off, mode, intensity) came unglued. I glued it back, but now it's much harder to push the control buttons. I also don't quite like their intensity levels, since they seem to keep the same intensity of pulses, but change the frequency (ie: # pulses per minute). Probably not a bad unit for the price, but it could be better.

TL;DR: It's good for the price, feels like a really strong vibrating back massager, battery life listing is deceptive since it gets weaker when as the charge drops and you may have to charge it long before it actually dies. I bought this for 3 reasons. First was easiest to meet, it was just because I think back massagers feel good. This one obviously qualifies, it actually felt surprisingly good on my feet as well. The second was pain relief, sometimes my neck gets sore when I'm sitting at the computer, so I keep this right next to my desk to hit my neck and shoulders really quick if it gets to an annoying level. The third was more of an experimental use which was to help with stretches. I have pretty mediocre flexibility on my leg muscles (I'm a pretty sedentary person) and recently have tried to get in the habit of doing a few stretches when I remember. I ran into the issue that when I stretch my hamstrings it hurts and I can't actually get to a point where I feel a stretch before the burning feeling takes over and I back off to avoid damaging something. So now I use this to try and get the muscle to relax while I'm trying to stretch it, no word on if that's working though. Speaking of the product itself it feels like a very strong vibration, because it only moves along one axis rather than being an unbalanced weight rotating it has a pretty powerful effect. It feels great even if you don't have pain you or tension you're trying to work out. The heads are okay for some I'd guess but I only use the basic round one, or sometimes use it without one of the heads to use the flat surface so I can balance it in place a bit. I was hoping for something wired or that could be used while it charged personally. I don't really see myself needing to carry this somewhere that won't have an outlet so the wireless is minimally convenient. The battery is decent but I wonder if the quote for how long it can be used between charges is from full battery to dead, I find that the power weakens considerably as the battery drains and I imagine it'd be basically useless on lower charges, this also depends since I tend to use the highest 2 settings it's really noticeable. When it starts to die the highest setting feels like the 2nd highest, so if you use a middle setting you'll likely be able to go further between charges.
