This Professional Massage Gun with Titanium Alloy Knobs exceeded my expectations in all of these areas. It came with a travel case, three titanium alloy knobs, a charger, towel, and helpful documentation -- all of which look very professional and are excellent quality. Even right out of the box, I was super happy! Let's get into how AMAZING this massage gun truly is: Firstly, the massage gun is very quiet at only 45 decibles! It is probably one of the quietest massage guns I have ever heard. This is nice to have because it will not distract other people while lifting in the gym. Secondly, the massage gun is made of excellent quality. I honestly could not believe how heavy and well-built this massage gun would be when I took it out of the box. For the money that I paid for this, the price should honestly be significantly higher -- it is such a good deal! The massage gun is made of a combination of plastic, titanium alloy, and a rubber-like grip. The battery life is excellent as well with a 2500mAh Li-ion battery, which means that you will not have to charge this that much too! Thirdly, the massage gun is extremely powerful. The motor provides a 90% stronger massage force than other brands with 5 massage speeds. I didn't really even need to put the speed past #3 to feel the great effects from it! Finally, the massage is extremely easy to use. One port for charging, one button to turn on / off and change the speeds. You do not even need to use the directions to start using it, it's that easy! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this Renpho Pro Deep Tissue Massager (with titanium alloy knobs) to anyone who is looking for an extremely high quality massage gun and for people who train, go to the gym, have sore muscles, or just for people who want to use it for recreation use! It is truly a phenomenal Massage Gun (probably one of the best on the market right now) with Excellent Quality, Quiet, Powerful, and Easy to Use! Pros: simple easy to use, massage heads will never wear out, multiple speeds, long lasting battery & comes with its own charger. Cons: mildly awkward to use on yourself for your upper back/shoulder area. Side note: don't freak if you buy this & you see battery % drop quick. That's normal. It will get to around 60% and then it takes a healthy slow time to trickle down. I'd say total use time, ignoring the 10 min limit where it automatically turns off as to not overheat, it's run time is probably close to an hour. If you need more time than that... Hire a masseuse lol.

I've had a lingering shin injury from running and rucking that would always get inflamed after a workout. The pain would always linger about 3-5 days after its first initial pain, which ultimately prevented me from training back-to-back days. I use this product pre/post training throughout my body, but especially in my calf/shin, and I've been 100% pain free. This product has a very high battery life, as it came out of the box at 70% and after about 2 weeks of use its only at 30% with no loss of power. I have yet to even pull the charging cable out of the plastic case that it comes in. The product is heavy in weight but feels extremely sturdy. The actual attachments are made up of metal and I don't see myself replacing them at all. There is a 5-speed setting, but I have yet to use the 5th speed but I do like that I have the option of "turning it up" if I need to. Overall, this product is extremely durable and does what its supposed to do. As of now, the only way I can see myself replacing this product is if the motor broke down, or if I damaged it on my own. Extremely great purchase and well worth the money.

First impression was great!! The Massage gun comes in a very nice case with the Massage Gun nicely snuggled. The Massage Gun itself is very handsome and sleek piece of equipment. It fits in the hand well and the weight is well balanced. Operating the Massage Gun is quite simple. For people like myself who is anxious to try the new device, it arrives charged and ready to use. It comes with instructions however it's quite self explanatory. The Massage gun comes with 3 massage heads and you simply need to choose the massage head, screw it in and press the power button. The light above the power button will indicate the intensity of the massage. To power off you simply hold the button down until it turns off. It could not be more simple than this. It also displays the % charge which is a very nice feature. I typically have muscle tightness in my shoulders and shoulder blades. I gave myself a massage and the relief is incredible. I would have liked to have different massage tips but the ones provided did the trick. I am impressed at how easy it was to use and the relief my shoulders and shoulder blades feel. I recommend this device for those of you who need instant muscle relief!!

I bought two of these in the last few months. One has been sent back already for a replacement. I didn't use the first one a lot, a couple times a week. The 2nd and the replacement, I use everyday. They all arr making an increasingly loud noise. Nothing like the hum that they made at first. More of a clunking noise of something coming loose. That was the noise of the first one and now the 2nd one is making the same noise and is getting worse. I'm skeptical of the replacement one. I've had Renpho products before and I have had some of other massages fail on me. I contacted the manufacturer and they were extremely nice and helpful. On one if my massage guns I'm out of the return window. The other maybe sent back though. In the end, I guess you get what you pay for... although their customer service is really good!
