I now own two of these heating pads. I first bought one for myself for neck, shoulder, and back pain, and it works wonderfully. The fabric is extremely soft, the cord is long enough, and I love that it fastens at the neck and around the waist, if you choose to use it that way. I’ve used smaller heating pads that I had to hold against myself or strategically place pillows so that my muscles actually get the heat, and that’s not necessary with this item. You can manage the temperature and duration with a very easy to use control that is attached to the cord, and it works fine for multiple cycles. It will turn off automatically once the time is reached. I bought the second heating pad to replace my first one when I let a family member with arthritis try it and didn’t get it back lol. Not that I would have taken it back, because it really helped alleviate leg pain, so I just bought another one. She lays it down the length of her legs like a warm blanket. We both give this product five stars.

Good size, sturdy shape, holds heat evenly. Had to return first one that stopped working after 3 times. Replacement is just fine and works well. Great for arthritis, or sore muscles from gardening and yard work, wraps around you like a hug.

I use this product on a daily basis. I find that using it is soothing and I easily go to sleep while using it in the afternoons. You can adjust the heat settings and it is large enough to cover a decent size area. It does shut off after a couple of hours. Before I bought this I would occasionally feel really cold in my core. The first time this happened I got in bed under loads of quilts and blankets and it took several hours to get back to normal. With this product I am back to normal within minutes.

There's no cons, only pros. First it is as soft as a fluffy bunny rabbit (love the color to boot!). If you are a shorter petite person (think about 5' to 5'4"), this will cover your WHOLE back from neck to waist. I don't care for the little ties that are attached - but those are EASY to snip off (. You can have the plug face away from your back and toward the couch = you sit back and won't feel it AT ALL. The neck heater will wrap around your next like a shirt collar - not too high, but good neck coverage. The over the shoulder butterfly flaps are WEIGHTED at the end so you don't NEED to snap them close (yes there is a small discreet snap on bottom curve) - they will simply HUG your shoulders. If you like the weighted blanket at the dentist office you will LOVE this pad. If you don't like it, this pad's weights aren't heavy enough to truly bother you (I think). I love how you can ask for different times, up to 5 different temp settings. I like how it has an automatic shut off after a while.. As much as I love it now and use it when stuff aches (ps. excellent leg, foot, and arm wraps for example) I can't WAIT to give this baby a try when I'm dealing with super cold mornings this winter. I can't recommend this enough. Worth every penny and, cherry on top, it FEELS LIKE A COZY HUG

I want everyone to know that this is a very reputable company. I purchased one of their heating pads for my back and I only used it about half a dozen times and it quit working. It was past the warranty because I didn't use it too often, but once I started using it on a regular basis it quit working almost immediately. I wrote to the company and explained that if I had used it constantly like I normally used heating pads the problem would have shown up during the warranty period! They sent me a new controller since I felt like maybe that was the problem. That didn't work so they sent me a brand new heating pad. This one works great! I was so impressed that they listened to my concerns and gave me a new pad even though it wasn't under warranty. This company will listen to you and try to make things right. Not many companies will do this. I was extremely impressed and I wanted everyone else to know what a great company they are! Jane
