This would be 5 stars, but the power button is hard to push/react. Once, the power button activates, this mask is amazing. The heat is nice, the massager is perfect, and the battery life is impressive. I am very glad I chose the one that has app compatibility. In the app, you can create your own options- for example, the preset option has music, which I do not want. You can customize the time, heat and massage strength in the app. I get styes frequently, so I bought this to massage my eyes with warmth. Love it!

I’m not sure how anyone enjoys this product! It’s absolutely horrible! How can you sleep with how loud the vibrations are? How can you sleep with the noise of he air being compressed on and off? How can this relax you with any of that combined?!?! Horrible I tell you! No way I want to relax and have all this noise in my ears and in my face! Defeats the purpose of being relaxed and why would I want this machine talking tv to me?!? I swear the product management team on this product missed the mark for me! I don’t see how anyone likes this! RETURN! This seriously made me so angry while I was falling asleep bc I was dead tired and just wanted to close my eyes and the air compressor just keep going and I felt like I was getting my car tires filled up! My gosh I truly don’t see how that is relaxing at all! This tech is cheap. There’s a better way.

My eye doctor recommended this brand for dry eye heat therapy. She didn’t recommend a specific model so I opted for what I thought was their top of the line model. I don’t mind paying more for quality and functionality. I bought the Eyeris Smart model since it advertised multiple heat settings and voice mode. I assumed the higher price point meant better quality and enhanced functionality. I guess it technically works as advertised but I expected more for the price. The massage is performed by alternatively inflating and deflating a series of small air bags within the eye mask. The inflation is a bit noisy between the motor and the crinkling of the plastic air bags inflating/deflating. The pressure feels a bit uneven as it rotates around the eye socket. It’s great along the brow bone but I find it a little uncomfortable at my temples and on the eyeball itself (even on the lowest setting). The bottom of the mask doesn’t seem to sit flush against my face so I feel like I have to lean my head back or constantly adjust to ensure it’s making contact for the heat benefit. In my opinion, the music doesn’t do anything to enhance the experience. It allows you to connect to your phone via Bluetooth so you can play your own music through the speakers in the eye mask, but it’s not like headphones so others around you can still hear the music. This doesn’t seem to add much value, considering you could have the same experience playing music directly from your phone without connecting via Bluetooth. Or better yet use earbuds. There are a few on board songs/nature sounds, but they’re just your average generic spa track, birds chirping, and running water sounds. The voice mode is a bit deceiving. I assumed voice mode, meant voice controlled, nope. It simply means it will audibly announce the modes and settings as you cycle through button presses (there is also a silent mode). My biggest complaint by far is that the only way to adjust the temperature setting is to install the mobile app and create an account. The app has a guest mode, which still requires your name, date of birth, height, and weight, but guest mode doesn’t allow you to add the eye mask as a device on the app. It forces you to create an account on the app in order to add the eye mask as a device. Then once you have an account and add the device, the only way to change the heat setting is to create a “favorite“ routine with the desired high/medium/low temperature setting. You’re not able to cycle through heat settings or adjust the temperature while using the mask. it’s not horrible, and I’ll continue to use it because it’s better than the microwavable heated eye mask, but I expected much better.
