The quality seems to be good. My feet are size 7 women. I have to shove them all the way to the front of the machine where my ankle / shin butts up against the foot opening on top in order for the kneading to position on my arch. the modes are to a like to distinguish them, but the message is strong; the air compression is too. Not nearly as functionally sound and strong as my original one made by Homedics. I use it a couple time a week and will continue to :)

First thing I noticed was ohhhhhh. Second thing was an ahhhhh. The Renpho made feet my feet feel so good. The alternating pressure is a great feature. After 15 minutes on the massager my feet felt great afterward.

I was really looking forward to receiving this massager. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. Yes, the kneading function works fairly well but the air or compression is none existing. Same with the heat. So, only one function works of the 3. I don’t think for only having kneading, this machine is worth the purchase. You might as well get a more simple and economic product instead. Remote control works fine.

The product remote didn’t work with the battery it came with and I both other batteries and it still didn’t work. Months had gone by before I used the product. I messaged the company to ask how I can obtain a replacement remote and got no answer. Bad business when a company won’t even help customer resolve their issue. I would have paid for another remote if necessary which was my intention but no response scores them a one star. I could have bought cheaper without the remote it wasn’t even a big deal to buy one with remote they probably go bad after a while anyway like remotes tend to do. Too bad I wanted pass the exchange and refund timeframe or I would have gladly refunded the item for one without remote. I rarely write reviews and the last time I wrote one was about 5 years or more ago. This review proved worthy because the company ignored my requests and because the product did not function as advertised. UPDATE: After some back and forth I finally got a remote that works at no cost to me so I am changing my one star to 4 stars. If the first remote had worked I would have rated the product 5 stars. Too much back and forth even after trying the troubleshooting methods they recommended. Remotes apparently do go bad and remote was supposedly new and it was NOT a battery issue.
