The quality seems to be good. My feet are size 7 women. I have to shove them all the way to the front of the machine where my ankle / shin butts up against the foot opening on top in order for the kneading to position on my arch. the modes are to a like to distinguish them, but the message is strong; the air compression is too. Not nearly as functionally sound and strong as my original one made by Homedics. I use it a couple time a week and will continue to :)

I SHOULD HAVE DID PRODUCT REVIEWS ON ALL THE MASSAGERS I HAVE BOUGHT AND RETURNED. THIS BY FAR IS THE BEST ONE FOR THE PRICE. IT SQUEEZES YOUR FOOT WHILE THE OTHERS BARELY TOUCH. ONES WHO FOCUS ON BOTTOM ARE UNCOMFORTABLE AFTER LONG USAGE. OPEN FEET ONES DONT DO ENOUGH AND YOUR FEET MOVE AROUND TOO MUCH. GOOD LUCK.

Overall the quality of the product is good and there is a decent amount of pressure. The big reason this doesn't work for me is that it doesn't get the arch. When I contacted the manufacturer, I was told that it wasn't a product defect and that inner part of the foot isn't the arch so I was confused. Good pressure and massage on the front and lateral portions of the foot, but zero pressure on the medial where the arch is as mentioned in the product description. Might work for others, but definitely not as the description mentions.

got it for heel massage, no heel massage at all. Size 9 foot. If there was heel massage like toe area it would be great. Also, weak to no heat. Returning

Wanted to buy one of these for a while. Compared so many products. Chose this one. Works great and I love it I just wish it massaged further back on the foot near the heal and that the compression went further back towards the heal.
