I should note that the first RENPHO unit I bought lasted about a year but we used it heavily throughout that entire year, often daily. Given that level of use, I still consider the quality strong and reliable, which is why I confidently bought another. Ease of use: The settings are extremely intuitive. You can easily adjust heat, massage intensity, and grip with just a few button presses. Once everything is set, you simply sit back and relax, whether you’re watching TV or chatting with family, while the machine does all the work. It’s as hands-off and user-friendly as it gets. Impact: The impact on my feet has been outstanding. After each session, my feet felt refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably better. The adjustable grip makes a real difference for circulation, and I especially appreciated that you can customize the pressure. I’m giving this one 4 stars because I’m mixed on it overall — it’s nice, but not quite what I expected. The good: it feels good on tired feet, helps my feet relax, and the air pressure feature is a legit bonus. I especially like that it doesn’t just rub — it really massages. Downsides for me are mostly fit and sizing. I have a medium to high arch, and it didn’t quite reach into my arch the way I hoped it would. Also, the product photos made it look like it would hit just below the ankle bone, which was a big reason I picked this model… but it definitely does not hit there in real life. The pressure settings are decent — the medium setting just isn’t enough for me, and the high setting is almost too much, so I’m still figuring out what works best. Overall, it’s a nice foot massager that does a good job helping my feet feel better — but if you have higher arches or are expecting that exact fit from the pictures, it might not be perfect. Worth trying if you want a solid at-home foot massage, just not a total home run for me.

Dont buy this product. My sister bought one and I bought one for my wife for xmas. Right out of the box my sister’s unit did not work. The unit I bought for my wife worked until this week and stoped working. I unplugged it to move it out of the way to vacuum and after that plugged it back in and the lights cam on but it would not turn on by pushing the power button. If I unplugged it again and plugged it back in the unit would start to run the rollers but would not do anything else by using the buttons. I tried to get through to the manufacture and requested a phone call through Amazon site but was hung up on after waiting about 5 min on hold. Again don't buy this product ir will either not work out of the box or fail a few months later.

This foot massager has becomes a part of my daily routine! It’s a relaxing way to end the day. I’ve used this every day for about two weeks now. Here are some things to note: PROS: -I ran a half marathon last week and this was the most incredible recovery tool!!! My feet, which had been swollen and sore, felt revitalized after a day or two (quick for a post-race run!) -The knead and air intensity is, well, intense! I’m the type of person who like to be pretty much in pain during a massage, so the fact that I rarely put it on the highest settings for both kneading and air says something good, for sure. -I love that the cloth footbed cover is removable and washable. So clever, and it makes me confident I can keep this hygienic especially if friends want to use it. -Set up and use are super easy. Plug into a wall and hit power—it’s good to go! -I can move it to different rooms in my house easily. It’s bulky but light, if that makes sense. -You can adjust your feet easily to target the areas you need! For example, after my race, I was able to adjust my feet so it’d target my arches, heels, etc. A FEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT: -My feet are a woman’s 7.5, and so, while I’m sure larger-footed folks love the roominess of the massager, I wish there was a version specifically for feet my size! The first time I used it, the roominess bothered me; then, I figured out how to position my feet to make it work best for me (not with my heels all the way back) -The heat feature is amazing, but it takes a solid 10 minutes for it to really get toasty. I’ve remedied this by turning it on and letting it run for 10 minutes before I plan on using it. -This is nit-picky, but if you want it to run for 30 minutes, a small blue light lights up on the machine. As I’ve incorporated this into my nightly routine, I wish there wasn’t any blue-colored light! -The sounds level is...fine. There is noise when it’s doing it’s thing. I’ve gotten used to it, but just note it’s by no means silent. Overall: I highly recommend!

It was great while it worked, but sadly in only lasted about 8 months. At first it started turning itself on spontaneously at times, then it wouldn’t turn off. The only way to get it to stop running was to unplug it. Shortly after those issues began, the heater stopped warming and the squeezing effect stopped working. The rollers still kneaded, but the inflating sleeve that squeezes your feet stopped squeezing. Just today, as I sat down to write this review and take some video, I realized that the kneading rollers no longer work either. The lights turn on, but nothing happens. Should have lasted longer than eight months, especially given the limited use we got out of it. I will say that we loved it when it worked. It’s very relaxing and almost as nice as a foot massage from human hands, but the short lifespan was a huge disappointment. EDIT: ------- After reaching out to Renpho about this issue, expecting that they would offer to replace it since it failed well within their warranty window (as stated on their website), I was instead met with an offer to refund me for half since in their words, I "did get almost 11 months of use out of it". I'm shocked and appalled. This is not how a warranty program is meant to work. Clearly they are trying to squeeze a little more money out of me for their faulty product rather than standing behind their product. As it stands, I will not be buying any more products from this company, and will strongly urge anyone to do the same. During the time ours did work, we had four separate friends and family members enjoy it so much that they all bought their own. I will now be informing all of them about our disappointing experience.

This is a really good foot massager, until it breaks. And it will break. How do I know? It happened to me three times, all three of them the same way. It enters a permanent "on" state and does not respond to any button presses, power off, changes in intensity, etc. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. Plug it back in and it's back in the permanent "on" state, but not in a way that's usable. The first time it happened was with the old model and after only about 5 months. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and shipped me a warranty replacement. 5 months later, the same thing happened to that one. I still wanted a foot massager, but honestly none of the other ones I tried were as good as this one. I just wasn't willing to give them another try because I figured it would just break again. Then I saw they had a 2026 upgraded version, which I hoped resolved the issue. So I bought it again, the 3rd one I owned, and this time I paid for the insurance as well. This time it took about 8 months, but the same exact thing happened again. Fortunately I had insurance so I was able to get my money back. So yeah, expect to get a good foot massager but also realize it's probably not going to last for very long.
