Update: The seller reached out to me and after answering a few simple questions they replaced the unit for me. During this time I did a ton of research and came to the conclusion that this issue was rare and this product was the best option for me based on a number of factors. I appreciate the quick actions taken and have updated to 5 stars based on how the product works when working, my expectations that this was a rare issue, and their quick and easy customer service. I used this maybe 1-2 per week, nothing major. One day it just wouldn’t turn off. I unplugged it and waited a bit. Worked okay for about another week and then wouldn’t turn off again. Pulling the plug and waiting had no affect this time. The settings won’t change when it does this so it’s worthless to me.

I absolutely loved this product—until it stopped working after just a year. It fit perfectly to help me deal with my plantar fasciitis pain and I was genuinely tempted to repurchase. But with such a short lifespan, I’m hesitant to invest again. Hoping the brand can offer a replacement: repair or address the durability issue, because I’d love to stay loyal if it’s built to last.

The media could not be loaded. It was great while it worked, but sadly in only lasted about 8 months. At first it started turning itself on spontaneously at times, then it wouldn’t turn off. The only way to get it to stop running was to unplug it. Shortly after those issues began, the heater stopped warming and the squeezing effect stopped working. The rollers still kneaded, but the inflating sleeve that squeezes your feet stopped squeezing. Just today, as I sat down to write this review and take some video, I realized that the kneading rollers no longer work either. The lights turn on, but nothing happens. Should have lasted longer than eight months, especially given the limited use we got out of it. I will say that we loved it when it worked. It’s very relaxing and almost as nice as a foot massage from human hands, but the short lifespan was a huge disappointment. EDIT: ------- After reaching out to Renpho about this issue, expecting that they would offer to replace it since it failed well within their warranty window (as stated on their website), I was instead met with an offer to refund me for half since in their words, I "did get almost 11 months of use out of it". I'm shocked and appalled. This is not how a warranty program is meant to work. Clearly they are trying to squeeze a little more money out of me for their faulty product rather than standing behind their product. As it stands, I will not be buying any more products from this company, and will strongly urge anyone to do the same. During the time ours did work, we had four separate friends and family members enjoy it so much that they all bought their own. I will now be informing all of them about our disappointing experience.

I’ve had this massager for about 16 months and I really loved it until it started turning on by itself with the rollers moving. I had a noise for two days and finally saw that it was the foot massager. This could be a safety hazard. Other than that, I absolutely love it. I would suggest a setting between med and high with warmer heat but it is great for an after work massage. 3 stars because of the random power on’s.
