finally the perfect heating pad to cover everything no more having to keep moving the pad,what took all day now only takes 15 minutes. I have always had back problems and have grown up using heating pads,but realy have never thought they was of any use because I have never really gotten any releaf from them so had never purchased them as a adult. the thing to note about heating pads is that they not only releave pain but they detox the mussels,so even if you don't get any emedit releaf from them they will eventually start working because as you get older your mussels start building toxins and that is why when you get older your mussels start to hurt more is because of the toxins,a heating pad helps break down those toxins,so even if you are not having extreme pain you should still buy this thing. after using this not before now your mussels are ready to be stretched while they are soft and loose,you will be a much happier camper for the rest of the day. you have to do all 3, tens with ems,not the old tens but you have to have one with ems, heat and exercise,not just one or the other trust me 50 years of back problem,I have learned a lot. all the exercises that all my doctors have given me for back problems over the years never did any good I could exercise all day long and the pain would never go away,in fact all they would do is put me in more pain.now those same exercises after heating actualy are working. I had purchased a tens devise it never did any good,went into the closet like all the other useless items. ben there done that for all the so called this will help medical devices. get out all your old closet junk medical pain stuff because now they will start to work. one note I ordered the extra long,should have ordered the standard size because when I sit down it rides up and the shoulder don't sit right because it is to long it heats extremely fast and I was concerned that it would not cover the neck but it covers and heats the neck,it does not go completely around the neck but does cover what would be considered the main cause of neck issues,unfortunately with my fibromyalgia,all my neck muscles needs to be covered,so I have to occasionally use my full coverage neck heating pad. I am happy to say that for my fibromyalgia it has ben a god send,the first heating pad that has actually mad some head way with the issue.

This is the superstar of heating pads for neck, shoulder, and back pain! It is lightly weighted so it doesn't slide around, and hugs neck and shoulders. For a 5'10" tall person it extends down the back to below waist. Easy to adjust the temperature, and turns off after and hour, which is helpful if you fall asleep. Soft, comfortable fabric.

This is really great to begin with. It has now quit working. After just over 2 months. For the price this should last longer than 2 months. I now have to replace it. EDIT - After reading this review the company reached out and requested to do what they could to remedy this problem. They asked for a video of the problem and once reviewed they offered to replace the pad. I really appreciate the attention they paid to the issue and willingness to fix the problem. I have adjusted the review to represent this.

Fantastic heating pad! This heating pad is so large that I can use it from the top of my neck down to my lower back (below the natural waist line and I'm about 5'4"). It heats up so fast and the multiple heating levels are great. The timer is also a great feature in the event you forgot and leaving it on sleeping. I had another heating pad that had multiple hours on the timer, this has only 30, 60, or 90 minutes (which was the reason I deducted a star, not on performance. This is also so soft and very pliable should you need to fold this up to use it. I would purchase/recommend this without hesistation. If this is something that you need frequently, this is one that is well worth the money!

I tried this heating pad right after it arrived. It works. It heats the neck, shoulder and back just as the seller said it would. I read in the reviews by one person that said theirs did not heat the shoulder and I really needed mine to heat my aching shoulder. I am so grateful the one I received worked. I am thankful I can secure it around my chest and waist for an even better fit. I am 5' 6" tall and I ordered the XLG. I sit in an office chair or my recliner sofa and the heat that I feel on my neck, shoulder and back is the same. The material is soft and it does auto shut-off when you set a timer. The experience would be better if vibration was included, but overall, I am satisfied with the Heating Pad I ordered from this seller.

A co-worker of mine had one and my mom complained of her back and neck hurting a lot, so I asked her where she got it and she told me. So I ordered o e for my mom, and compared to our old heating pad this one does the trick for her neck, shoulders, and back. So I am very happy with this product. The default heat is set at 100, but I don’t want my mom to get burned because you cannot go lower than 100 so I have to sit with her and make sure she is comfortable and she can tell me if it is too hot. The minutes are 30,60,90. I wish it would go lower than 30, but for now I am so happy that it helps my mom’s neck, back and shoulders. Thank you for making this Amazing heating pad.

Due to chronic pain and health issues I've become a connoisseur of heating elements for the body and home (heating pads, boots, gloves, space heaters, etc) so please know that it means a lot when I say this is my precious, my favorite, my good time boy. It's large and in charge! I love how to covers the neck while also fully covering my back and down to just above my tailbone (I'm 5'9 with a long torso). I also love to place it on its side (horizontal) along my low back and tailbone, stomach, pelvis, and hips. It covers those areas very well while never being stiff or awkward. I also enjoy how it's able to cover a large portion of my legs, usually other heating pads can only cover one leg at a time but this one can do both which is easier to manage but also provides a more soothing effect. It's also extremely flexible unlike a lot of other heating pads that seem to have very stiff wiring. Because it's so flexible I love to wrap it around my feet (as seen in the photo) and then wrap a blanket around it to create a warm space for my feet and ankles. I have a heated foot thing but it's got issues to overcome that make it challenging to use at times whereas this heating pad never has issues. This heating pad is also extremely durable even though it's flexible. It's very well made and a beautiful vibrant color. The fabric is very soft on both sides like a blanket unlike most other heating pads which tend to be sorta soft and only on one side. This heating pad gives you everything it claims and more which makes it a great value for the price. Lastly let's talk about the remote. A lot of heating pads I've used (various brands and sizes) have remotes that warm up with frequent use or under a blanket and love to have buttons that get stuck but this one doesn't. I was worried about the light up screen but thankfully that only turns on when actively using the remote and then 10 seconds (yes I timed it) after the last button push the screen goes dark. That said you can still see the current heat setting and time left with the screen dark. The timer being displayed is one of my favorite features because it allows me to easily track how long I've been using it so I don't accidentally over use it especially since I can't always feel when something is hot or cold. The remote is just a little bit wider than a Roku remote but the Roku remote is just a little bit longer (see photos). I love this heating pad so much that I even travel with it. Yes it's large and in charge but it folds up to size of a medium sweater or adult size pants. I usually just lay it flat in the luggage and stacks the rest of my items in top. The remote takes up less room than a bottle of my skincare so it really is easy to pack. I love my precious heating pad. I use it every single day and need to buy another one for upstairs so I don't have to keep using my other heating pad that is no where near as effective as relieving my spasms, cramps, and overall tension in my muscles. Truly my favorite heating pad and I've never said that about any other. Oh my sweet cheese!

I loved this heating pad. Two years to the date of purchase I start getting error codes. I’ve unplugged and restarted it 5 times in the last 24 hours. This heating pad has been to various hospitals, and states with me. I have sickle cell and experience a lot of pain in my back. I’m very sad it is experiencing technical difficulties, not in love with the max 90 minutes shut off but the 150 degrees help.
