    • Battery Dead After Less Than Two Months, Won't Charge
I had a Remington shaver like this that I bought in 2011, and it finally died. I went with this similar model because of my previous good experience. I used my trimmer 1x/week dry over my sink as a beard tool, never dropped, contacted water, nothing. Received at the end of October 2024, by November 29th, it wouldn't turn on. I charged it, read through all the troubleshooting stuff on the website, Amazon Return window had closed. Got the runaround on the website. Likely I just got a bad egg, but the company won't refund it and AI customer support is a joke. Not going to pull the trigger again, very frustrated, I wouldn't buy this one. ... show more
