I bought this while waiting to get a permanent one. It was a good price. It works good much better then expected the bubbles really work well. Will definitely hold me over till I get a permanent one that I want. I wish it had a more powerful heater I would like it to get about 5 degrees hotter.

I have a small leak of air on the inside of hot tub but I cant see a hole,I can see air bubbles every 2 min or so . Did not see it till i added water. also hot tub cant get past 93 degrees

So, I'd give this 5 stars except for 1 minor concern that I want others to be aware of incase they are like me... inflatable hot tubs are NOT suggested for under 40°F. It truly makes sense, but I didnt think if it and nothing I read on the Amazon page indicated it to me. If it did, it didn't catch my eye. So, heads up. I did end up putting insulation foam boards around my tub to help it stay warm a lot better. OK, so it took 3 days to heat up and I questioned the suction on the in take farther from the control panel, so I emailed customer service. Knowing there's quite a time difference, I was shocked to get a response less than 12 hours later! This is when I found out about the 40°F rule. They were very helpful and I responded a few days later to them, and again, a response less than 12 hours later. We were able to work out my issues and I truly appreciated their willingness to help me out. Overall, we are loving the tub! Once it got up to 104°, it has stayed between 101-104° while we're in it. The heater does continue to run while the bubbles are on, but it cools down, understandably so. ... show more

We put this tub up last week and have used it twice. We go out to check it today to sit in it later and it went from 104 to 83 and currently still dropping. It is inside a shed so there is no elements and we have went through the trouble shooing steps with no luck. Also, the seats don’t stay in place, they float around under you… crappy quality . ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this hot tub so easy to set up built-in air pump perfect for me and the boyfriend and if we want a few friends, definitely would recommend and buy again

We first got it and it was great. Then it stopped heating. Read the manual and it said it has to be full for the heater to work correctly. So we've been keeping it just above the full line and it's been heating properly ever since. Will check back in after a few months to see if it continues to work properly. For 500 bucks... it better! Easy to assemble...water heats up fine. The inner installation cover leaks air have to pump air to keep water heat. Jet bubbles are great.
