I bought this while waiting to get a permanent one. It was a good price. It works good much better then expected the bubbles really work well. Will definitely hold me over till I get a permanent one that I want. I wish it had a more powerful heater I would like it to get about 5 degrees hotter.

I purchased this unit in Nov. 2023. As soon as I set it up, I had to add air every day. I did an air leak test (per the sellers request) to no avail. I live where it snows and the hot tub cannot maintain temps over 100 degrees if the outside temps are under about 32. I had a different portable hot tub last winter from another seller that help air and temps with no issue. I think the biggest problem is the poor top design. There is an air mattress essentially that sits on top of the water to hold the heat in but it does not do a good job. I am now stuck with this hot tub that won't hold air and isn't hot and I'm out over $500. Definitely do not recommend. ... show more

I liked the easy set up and build in display I didn’t like the fact that it takes 12 hours or more to get it to 100+ degrees i would probably won’t go for it , others may use hot water from the boiler but mine is on the other side of the house Decided to keep it and fill with hot water or wait 12 hours hopefully my electricity won’t be too high, will update later after the cold weather to see if my bill is too high or not, the date now is 2/2024 Love it !!! ... show more

So far, it was easy to put up Perfect size was bigger than what it seems. It's for adults comfortably. The seats are nice equipment however they don't stay in the straps as well as you may want if you're moving around a lot. So far, we absolutely love it. Question the filters they did to replace them and see how they hold up ... show more

Hot tub I would not get it does not hold 4 to 6 people holds two people that's all if the electricity has trouble or anything it blows out immediately the bladder or blow up top does not hold air at all it deflates very easily does not hold water out so that when the hot tub fills up when it's raining the clips unhooks and everything comes off.. I definitely would not recommend this hot tub at all and the seats are very uncomfortable ... show more

    • Stopped heating after a week
We put this tub up last week and have used it twice. We go out to check it today to sit in it later and it went from 104 to 83 and currently still dropping. It is inside a shed so there is no elements and we have went through the trouble shooing steps with no luck. Also, the seats don’t stay in place, they float around under you… crappy quality . ... show more
