This is THE BEST purchase my husband and I have made in a long time. We were fighting with our HVAC about 5 years ago and couldn’t keep the house cool and paid $450+ in the summer. So we switched to three ac window units. That still didn’t keep the house all the way cool and our bill was still $300+ in the summer and those units only lasted 4 years until one broke. We just got our second power bill with using this ac and we saved $50+ on our power bill AND have a cold house! We’ve never been able to afford to keep the thermostat on 74 until now! We purchased this mini split in hopes of being able to keep cool. We had no idea it would be THIS efficient and actually save us money on our power bill! This thing is SILENT! Has a billion different settings and even has a humidity setting that pulls moisture out of your house! We had no idea it had a heater in it too! This thing out performs our hvac and window units. It was cheaper than a window unit also! My husband installed it himself in about 3-1/2 hours (including wiring it on its own new circuit, digging a trench for the new power line, a shut off switch box and covering the outside lines with trim.) But he said it was a very easy and straight forward install. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this little unit! It’s a true game changer for our comfort in our home.

Installed it myself. Instructions were clear and complete, all the parts were well constructed, and it is quiet and powerful. Even in turbo cooling mode, it's only pulling about 1200W, so it can easily be run off a generator. Haven't tested the heating function yet because it's too hot, but I expect to save a lot of money this winter. Line set for the 17k BTU model is very long, but you can just coil the excess behind the unit. I have it wall mounted, and it seems to be working just fine. Great product for the price!

This unit is amazing. I purchased it for my garage. We live in Florida and run a business, which most of the production takes place in the garage. This unit was not only easy to set up, but it works so well. My garage is comfortable enough to work in for hours even with tools that heat up, as well as for my wife to work out comfortably despite the Florida heat outside. It’s also super quiet which is a huge plus in my book as my wife can be sensitive to loud noises.

I built a workshop in my backyard and quickly realized that I needed some sort of temperature control out there. I ordered this mini split and had it installed by an AC company about 2 months ago, and it has been working perfectly. It keeps my workshop at the perfect temperature 24/7 no matter how hot or cold it is. It is extremely quiet, and I haven't noticed any increase in my power bill.

I wanted to wait to review my rellytech 18,000 btu mini split. This was my first time ever buying one and after some research I was confident I chose a good one. I received my mmisplit very quickly , it was packed well even tho the boxes were damaged in shipment . During installation my ac guy went to remove the guages after having opened the valve and checking for leaks. Somehow the Schrader valve got stuck and no matter what he did it wouldnt come unstuck and all the refrigerant came out. Hesry broken, i reached out to the seller and emediately that evening got a response that they would send a new condensor and just needed to know if the indoor unit was ok. After letting them know it was , i received tracking info and then my new condensor a few days later. I got the condensor installed and everything works just fine !! I cant beleive how quiet both units are. The only thing that takes a little getting used to is the fan never stops. Its on a gentle breeze when not in a cooling cycle , but oh well, a little breeze dont hurt. I am impressed with this purchase and look forward to getting another unit soon for my bedroom. Dont hesitate !! The company is well worth doing business with in my opinion !!

Wow, delivery was fast. Initially , was scheduled for delivery about a week from the purchase date, was pleasantly surprised that we received the unit the very next day. Bought this unit to cool down the garage since the kids like to spend time in the garage. Cools fast, very quiet. Installation was easy, and so far it has been working great. I wish the remote control works from a little further distance, however that is a personal thing. Easy to use, and the kids love it .

This unit arrived on april 29, 2026 and placed into service a unit June 6th - we noticed there was no coolant in the unit. We thought it was strange but filled the unit with coolant. two days later we had to refill the unit this unit has only been used 3 times and its now Tuesday June 16, 2026 and has to be refilled. I had to use one star just to submit this review. -
