We found this printer simple to setup. The app makes it very simple to print labels within minutes. The quality of the prints were clear and very easy for usps to scan. If you sell items online, we highly recommend this printer for the simplicity of use. The phone we used was an android and not an iPhone so we could not say how the setup was. I need to say, it gives you detailed instruction to set up the printer, it gives a USB drives that has the app insides for you to download. everything looks nice and perfect at the beginning when i got it. but the fact is.. it has so many steps to set up the printer. plus if you use the macbook like me, you needs usb to usb-c adapter. (it says the adapter is included as per manual, but it is missing in my order). After following all instructions to set up the printer and finally i printed the sample label, the label is not as clear as i expected. and when i want to print the label that i wanted, the printer shows offline. after several attempts, i gave up. very disappointed experiences. As a full time business owner who ships out hundreds of orders a week, I've purchased all kinds of labels from cheap to expensive and these labels are a great in between. They're affordable as well as decent quality. They are water resistant. They come out clear and work perfectly with my thermal printer. Other labels come in rolls, but the fan-fold stack is much more sturdy. Additionally, the adhesive is really strong and the labels stick onto my packages well, whereas other labels can come off. Overall, I'm really happy with how these labels' quality stands out from other brands. Don't waste your time, just give these a try.
