My knees had been giving me trouble after a couple weeks of tabata training. Was tired of aspercreme applications and ice packs. My husband recommended this product from a different website but they were sold out so I looked to Amazon and ended up here. Product was exactly as described. Sizing chart was helpful. Showed up very timely. Used the sleeves for a few days when my knees were acting up and now after a week, I have no pain anymore. Edit for sizing: When I initially looked at the size chart, I was unsure because where to measure, my legs said 37 which is the high end of the medium and the low end of the large. I went ahead and went with the large and am glad I did because it gives the perfect amount of compression.

These knee support worked great . But they don't last. Once the elastic wears down. It becomes useless. Kinda expensive
