Great lock! I used this on a camping cooler, and it fit on there perfectly. I wasn't sure how well it would stick to textured plastic, but the adhesive is very sticky, and I've had no problems with it coming off or moving out of place. It was easy to install and was just the right size. The code was easy to set, and it stays tightly locked until the code is put in. I'm impressed that the locking mechanism doesn't feel cheap. I bought the two-pack which was a good value, so I'm curious what things I can use the other lock for. I haven't tried to remove the lock so I can't speak to how difficult that would be, but that adhesive is so sticky, I'm guessing it would take a good amount of prying. I feel confident that my items are secured when using this lock.

Ok, so I loved these from the get-go. But what I didn't love was how easily these can be broken in to by others (by just pushing the pin in the side). Since I bought these for my mini-fridge to keep out an adult roommate, it wasn't gonna work as is. So I tried an ingenious hack. Use the pin to set your personal code (just make sure you remember it cuz you'll never be able to change it). Then put 2 or 3 drops of permanent glue in the pin hole (the glue should not be the kind that hardens instantly, it needs to take a little time to set, like 2-3 hours). MAKE SURE to spin the code padlocks immediately for a few minutes after pin hole is glued. Then spin approx every 10 min until it's permanently hardened (so the code padlocks are still able to turn). Once the glue hardens, the pin hole is permanently blocked & can no longer be used to pop it open. The locks will now keep adults out too. It will prevent sneakiness & keep your food/drinks safe. Voila!

DO NOT BUY THIS. I tried changing the lock combination and this piece of garbage couldn’t even remember it, so it’s now permanently locked and I have to buy a new one. My suggestion is to buy the one with the key, idk why they made it mission impossible to change the combination 🙄 Useless and wasn’t even that strong, I was able to rip it off the fridge even after letting it sit overnight. Wont be purchasing EVER again.

I use this to keep my refrigerator door closed. IT works well, however placement is important. I put the front piece to close to the door handle, which makes it more difficult to lock.
