The collar size I ordered should have been the correct size / length. But I have to use every bit of allowable length to make it smaller.. The reflection aspect and description is basically the reason I did purchase this one over the millions of choices on the market.. Sadly the reflector is nothing more than the stitching (as in most any other collar). Also the 2 metal loops to attach the leash are much to wide for the plastic black attachment buckle . My pup is small and I use a small width leash , it just didn't work. This collar we would have had to use a leash with a much larger leash clamp. If you use any leash larger than a small one I would recommend it. We gave this to our friends that have a bigger breed . Length and leach buckle worked perfect for them .

I don’t like how the 2 D rings are far apart. It’s awkward to hang the dog tag on one D ring and have the other D ring sticking out on the side. I figured out how to get the tags to hang from both D rings to even it out.

Good quality collar but I feel they run big and there is no exchange offer so you'll need to return it, BUT, returns are only free IF you have a UPS store near you to take it to, otherwise it's $6.99 or $7.99 to return, which is more than what I payed for the collar!!
