First off, this couch is huge. For a couch that just inflates when you unbox it I really wasn’t expecting much size or value. It’s the size of my whole living room and it is so deep. The cushions are so soft and comfortable. The couch itself is also really sturdy. I was nervous to buy this as it doesn’t have many reviews but it is more than worth it. The only negative thing I’ll say is that the back is not very tall, so if you want to sit up straight you won’t have a whole lot of support, it’s definitely a couch for lounging. Also it’s very cute

This sofa is extremely comfortable and well-made. The cushions are firm yet cozy, and it provides great support even after sitting for long periods. The material feels high quality and looks exactly like the pictures. Easy to assemble and a great value for the price. Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice, elegant-looking couch. The seat cushions are wide and comfortable, making it easy to relax while sitting. The corduroy texture adds a chic, stylish touch. The only downside is that it feels very pillow-like—if you’re looking for a firm, sturdy couch, this may not be the right choice. That said, I’m very pleased with the overall quality and would recommend it.

The Sectional Sofa Reedvales 112” Cloud Section Couch, Boneless Couch was delivered in two separate packages and was extremely easy to remove from the boxes. I using a safety blade to remove the plastic vacuum sealed boneless couch to ensure the couch would not be cut or damaged. They instantly started to expand and giving the ability to identity the pieces and how they would be set up and arranged to form the Cloud Sectional Couch, Boneless Couch in the pictured. I followed the direction of letting the pieces to fully take their true form and in 3 days it was perfect. The couch is so soft but firm and makes relaxing, watching tv or doing work more comfortable to do and if you need a power nap or by mistake fall asleep it sleeps just as well as my bed. Plus I love the feature of being able to move the piece to make a bed for guess or if you want to do a power movies night. I have already highly recommend this couch to my friends and one who came over and said he wants one now. The versatile ability of the couch to sit, lay, and nap is awesome and it doesn’t matter if it is a short stay or a much longer stay with many naps. It’s a great buy and the fact you can unzip all the coverings to wash and keep the couch clean will ensure it maintains a new look way past the time of purchased.

This couch exceeded my expectations. We've had it for a few months now and it hasn't lost its shape and was so easy to set up. Its beyond easy to strip and clean even with two kids, considering its white. The quality is surprisingly good and also extremely thick and comfortable. Although it is not the tallest couch ever its the perfect height for most people. Either way, Would definitely recommend.

Let me explain why I am giving this one star and it all has to do with customer service. I absolutely fell in love with this couch I thought it was perfect for my room it was beautiful and I spent so much time looking at different boneless couches and kept coming back to this. I looked through all the pictures posted on here it just looked perfect and I loved how versatile it was should I have family over and they needed a place to sleep you could easily adjust the couch however you want I received my order early and I was very excited about it I put the couch together and looked beautiful however the problem came with the cushions not having enough stuffing in them , and with the inside corners of the base whenever you go to get up the corners buckle in the middle not where the arms are I am a senior who suffers from back conditions and the way these cushions would not give support due to the lack of stuffing in the three cushions out of the four,made this a bad choice for me I kept going back to the pictures in the reviews and looking at the cushions everybody's cushions look full they look soft yet supportive I decided I would give this couch a try for 2 weeks and see what happened For me because of the cushion situation no matter what I did I can never be comfortable on it and it hurts my back so I decided to put in a request to return it even though I love how beautiful it was it was not working out for me and if I'm going to pay for something I want it to be comfortable for myself. I called Amazon support they put in the ticket right away for a refund request in which the seller did agree however the seller would not pay to have it picked up I would have to pay to send it back and then return the receipt for a refund. Again I'm a senior so I have no way to have somebody come and wrap this up pick it up without paying a lot of money to UPS or another company to do it. Shortly after they approve the request to refund the money if I returned it with my own money we had an expected death in my family. I couldn't even pay attention to this at the moment . That cost us more money than what we had. after the funeral I did come back on here and reached out to the seller customer support to let them know I love the couch I'm sorry but I had a death in the family I cannot afford to send it back. The reply to me was it sounds like you really do like to couch but is there something that maybe we can do to make it better for you instead of sending it back so I sent them pictures of the cushions I told them the only cushion that had the perfect amount of stuffing that works well is the one on the Ottoman and the rest are flat they don't repuff up and they don't support me I figured they could at least do that in which I get a reply back today saying something ridiculous like "well if it doesn't affect your use we can offer you a partial refund" are you kidding me? Had nobody read the conversation we were having and even an offer of sending replacement parts which I assume would have been the cushions? It affects my use 100% because I can't use it because it hurts me and this process has been the most ridiculous thing I have ever gone through with any customer service ever. I hope they make this right but if they don't I'll be sure to update you so that you understand what you're getting into if you're not happy with the product I know this is long but you need to know

This couch is PERFECT!! Material is buttery soft and I love that it’s high enough for back support. This souch is so comfy and cozy, without breaking the bank! You can also move it to so many positions to make perfect for you. Color is the perfect vanilla cream color too.
