I bought this back in Dec 2024 to go with my PC I built. LOVED the colored light options and super happy that it came in white. The size is perfect to tuck under my monitor and the sound is great. Way better than my junk of speakers I had preciously. Better yet, matches with my PC beautifully. I also enjoy that the dragon icon is the light changer. Didn't realize that at first until I accidentally touched it and the color changed. Lol. About a month ago, the left speaker went out and a shrill sound came out instead. It was only when the rainbow changing option was selected that it happened. Otherwise, no shrill sounds with the stationary or no color setting options. I was bummed and decided to reach out to Redragon customer service, hoping it was under some sort of warranty. To my delighted surprise, it was. Now, for any of you scammers out there that try to return stuff that isn't broken to get a free replacement. Don't mess with Redragon, because they will make you prove that the product is faulty before addressing your concern. Which to me, I REALLY respect and implore more businesses to do. Sure, it was a pain to get the video files small enough to send via email. However, I'm happy to see a business requiring proof in time where people lie. So I had no personal issue providing the proof they needed. Overall, their customer service was fantastic! I worked with Kikko the entire time and they were so nice in their emails. Once determined that my previous speaker was in fact faulty, they readily shipped me a replacement and made sure it was working properly. I don't leave reviews often, but I'm really satisfied with both the product and the care this brand has with their customers. ... show more

Good little speaker for basic audio The Redragon GS560 is a good little speaker that gets the job done for basic computer audio. Nothing fancy—it’s no JBL Boombox 4, lol—but for everyday listening, it does what I need. Bluetooth was a breeze to set up, and compatibility with my device hasn’t been an issue. It’s small and lightweight, so it fits nicely on my desk and is easy to move around. The appearance is a plus, too. It looks nice in my setup, and I really like the lighting function—it adds some personality to the desk. I’m not sure about long-term reliability yet, but it handles my basic audio needs. Good Low Cost Sound Bar for Your Computer

Audio is clear at the volumes I suspect most people would use it at and the volume control knob is very granular and has a good tactile fell to it. The sound can get very muddy at higher volumes, but you are probably doing damage to your hearing at that point. There is a good amount of bass for this small of a speaker. The two cables are built in and not replaceable, but they have a good amount of length. The RGB looks good and isn't too bright or anything, and you can just turn it off if you don't want it. Unfortunately, I have two of these speakers and the "Audio Light Sync", which is supposed to be a sort of RGB visualizer, doesn't work properly on either of them. good for 6 months, disappointing for the next 12, almost unusable after that.

This is a 5-star item for the first 6 months or so. Beyond that, the quality seriously declines. I've had this sound bar for just over 2 years and I can't really use it anymore. The volume is very quiet even turned all the way up and sounds like it's muted when it's turned to about 30%. This was not the case right out of the box. I'm on the search for a replacement. The RGB functionality still works after this time and I quite like that. It's especially nice at night and adds a nice glow to my set up. The color is of course perfect as well. Solid budget soundbar with good sound and great RGB customization

I picked up the Redragon GS560 RGB soundbar mainly for my desktop setup, and overall it does exactly what it promises. The sound quality is decent — not amazing, but clear enough for gaming, YouTube, and casual music listening. Don’t expect deep bass or audiophile-level detail, but for its price it definitely gets the job done. What I really like is the design. The RGB lighting looks awesome on my desk, and being able to customize the colors and effects adds a nice personal touch. The volume knob is smooth and responsive, which makes adjusting sound quick and convenient. If you just need a simple, affordable soundbar with cool lighting and okay sound, this is a solid pick.
