I first used Redkin's clay based Pomade for a great hold with a matte look. I tried this version because the other was not available. This is creamier, but gives a good hold, has a great smell and also doesn't give a shiny finish. This product does not give a hard stiff hold, but a good soft hold for combed hair. ... show more

So while rewind and that product line was re-branded by Redken, a shortage was created. In an act of personal desperation, I ordered the Redken brews pomade -my hair is getting long it’s about a foot long - and I find that the Redken brews is superior for long hair. now I think I’m going to start buying Redken brews instead of rewind. Hope they don’t jack the price - but you know they probably will! ... show more

Nice pomade, I've used it a lot and would recommend. My hair feels hydrated and not an unpleasant texture. However, this has a very light hold. It more vaguely shapes your hair. I've used light pomade that has a stronger hold.

I had been using American Crew products for a while, but was ready to try something new. This goes on a lot smoother and dried with a more natural finish. It has a nice smell. I’ll probably buy again.

I’ve tried a bunch of different hair gels and pomades to style my 8yr old’s hair with all his cowlicks that won’t make his hair feel gross or look gross but will stay while he’s at school. This is by far the best. It smells good, looks good, and doesn’t damage his hair.
