I've been using this product line for about a year now and it literally saved my hair. Long story short, my hair is naturally curly and when I went to the salon for an ombre, she over bleached my hair clear to the scalp and it was awful. My hair was broken and I completely lost my curl. I tried dozens of products trying to bring it back to life, but ultimately had to cut my hair very short. I'm not sure if it was because of the damage or what, but my hair was not growing back after I cut it and i was devastated... my husband is actually the one who found this line and ordered them. I was hesitant and had 0 expectations because I thought I hadntried everything... My hair felt amazing after the first wash! I thought it would be temporary given my luck. But every single time I washed, my hair just kept feeling better and better, and it has finally started growing again! I am able to wear my hair curly again, and my curls absolutely love this product. I don't think I will ever use anything else again, even once I have all the damage cut off. I buy the large bottles now because I also am using it on my 3 daughter's hair. I wish I had never gone to the salon in the first place, but then I would have never discovered this product! I do use the 4 step: shampoo/conditioner/intense treatment/leave in for best results. No regrets!! Buy this if your hair is curly or needs to be rescued!

With managed expectations based on my level of hair damage I'm very happy with this purchase. I have noticed less breakage and less hair coming out in the shower. There is less frizz and lifting at my roots which means new growth is breaking less. The conditioner in particular is nice to use and the texture allows a small amount to get all the way down to the ends. Less is more with the leave-in conditioner if you have thin hair, as it can look greasy.

I think I like this shampoo. I got my hair highlighted and my stylist really recommended it. But only a few shampoos leave my hair really soft. I wonder if its worth $30. I use Kristen Ess shampoo and Aveeno because there's no harsh chemicals. I lost 1/3 of my hair over a year ago and I have been more wholistic since. Well my color looks great so I guess that matters the most.

Definitely can tell a difference when using this and regular shampoo. I have shoulder length all over bleached hair and this is a great system. This has lasted over 2 months so far so worth the price.

The set really made my hair softer and shinier. It seemed to help with breakage also. I ran out and noticed the other products I have don't make my hair feel as soft. My split ends definitely seemed slightly better while using as well. I will be ordering again.

Smell was great, lathered very well. My hair has been falling out significantly due to having lupus and poor nutrition and dyeing my hair. My hair was noticeably softer and shinier. Cons- pricey, small bottles for the price.
