I have to say, for the money, it's very much worth it. I had a slightly imperfect arch, so it's not as easy as a perfect arch (Width = 2 x Height), but it was still easy enough. Instead of the tracing and "trimming" with scissors the instructions called for, I just cut the end into a wedge shape, as I need to take some off the bottom ends on the Left and Right. Maybe hard to understand, but it worked out great, and while not as darkening as I thought it would be, it's a huge difference. Maybe we can finally sleep past sunrise! ... show more

Worked great for my arch window. Wanted some privacy because there is a parking lot across street and people could see in when I was upstairs. This did the trick. The light filtering part is just an added bonus. Note that I wasn't able to get a perfect fit and its a little off but thats because of me and not the product. ... show more

This was easy to install. Looks good, but I don’t know about durability. It’s made of a fibered sort of paper that is not going to be something that you can wash. Maybe run a vacuum attachment over it now and then. It also attaches to the window frame with double sided tape, so wash your window first because once installed, it’s not coming down, although I suppose one could buy more double sided tape and redo that. I had wanted to do a half round curtain rod with fabric, but couldn’t find one to fit…and this one solves the problem quickly and easily for now. ... show more

I purchased two Arch window natural color shades. My windows are imperfect arch windows so I had to cut them to fit. They came out very nice just take your time and measure the base so you get the holders centered. I placed them in the base, without sticking them in place yet, then l gently pressed them against the rim of the window frame and marked them along the edge and removed them from base & cut along my trace marks then l placed them in the base again opened the shades & checked them. They fit well with some adjustment. Lastly I stuck them in place with the double stick tape. They look great. One note: both shades had a few small pin-hole like areas where you can see them if you look for them with the sun shining directly into the windows. Otherwise good. ... show more

We got this when I saw a drone peeping into my kids' playroom window! Be careful to follow instructions and double check math! We ended up having an uneven window opening so we just cut off a little more on one end and blended it into the curve. We love it! We leave ours closed but you could open easily. i cant go lower than 1 star, if i could i would. this shade is very well priced, easy to install, but if its pitch black outside, it looks great, but once the sun hits it it turns blue. i have a white faux shade below it, and light brown walls in the room it was installed in, and during the day seeing a blue shade against all the surrounding colors in the room, it looks past ridiculous ! the seller made no mention in the description or the shade turning blue when the sun hits it, i will definately be returning! (however, after close inspection one side of this shade looks like white fabric, but if you turn it around, it looks like a light bluish plastic, i think the bluish part is supposed to be installed facin to the back, although the manufacturer makes no mention of this in the install instructions ) ... show more
