I’ve been using REDCON1 Total War Pre-Workout for the 5 years of my life, maybe its routine, maybe its the taste, overall, this has been one of the best jitter free, no crash pre-workouts i've ever taken. Flavor: The Blue Raspberry flavor is a winner. I've been a user of this, and the Blueberry Lemon flavor for a majority of my purchases. While there is a faint chemical flavoring to the pre-workout, its very tolerable to drink. Mixability: Mixing is straightforward. I use a standard shaker bottle, and the powder dissolves completely without any issues. I haven't had any issues with mixing. The pre-workout mixes well without a mixer ball as well. Positive/Effects: I experience a noticeable increase in energy and stamina, and there’s no crash afterward, which is great. However, the effects can be a bit intense for those sensitive to stimulants, be careful, start with smaller scoops to assess your tolerance. This has been one of the easiest pre-workouts on my stomach as well. Does not cause any GI Distress. Overall, i'd recommend Total War to any beginner/intermediate gym go-er. Simply due to the taste, effects, and cheap cost of the product.

This is by far my favorite Pre-workout on the market. I have tried many pre workout supplements in the last 3 years on my fitness journey. Icey Blue Lemonade has the best tasting flavor. It has no weird after taste or smell and mixes so easily in my cheap shaker bottle. The pump from this pre workout is crazy. If you like the "tingle" but not the jitteriness then this pre workout is for you. My husband and I workout at 4am everyday. There is no need for coffee before the gym to wake up when you are using this stuff. I start drinking it at home just before we leave for the gym. By the time we get there I am ready to roll. Sustained energy and I love that I do not need to take another supplement to get my daily dose of Creatine since this pre workout contains it! It also contains Beta Alanine which is great for recovery. I no longer use additional supplements since using this pre work out. No need. This product has all you need for energy, pump and post workout recovery. Price point is spot on compared to other pre workouts.

It tastes pretty terrible, it is too sour for me. But out of the last few preworkouts I have tried, it has been the most effective. Since I have been using this preworkouts, I feel like my workouts have been more intense and I can focus more.

Over the past ~6 years I've tried a lot of the top influencer promoted preworkouts, Total War is still the smoothest and best value high stim preworkout out there. Every other stim preworkout I've tried has a crash, Total War is different. Their stimulant blend is actually perfect. It is simple but effective compared to some "fully loaded" preworkouts with tons of hydrating agents and sickening volumes of powder per serving (Gorilla Mode). Good flavors and always low prices especially on their website during Black Friday. I just wish they would bring back the old Black Friday 2021 bubblegum flavor as that was the best tasting preworkout I ever had. This one for $25 on Amazon is great and almost on par with their lowest prices. They even added 250mg of potassium to the old formula which isn't showing on the product page on Amazon yet.

I recently purchased the REDCON1 Total War Pre Workout from LSA ONLINE DEALS! on Amazon, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. As someone who regularly uses pre-workout supplements, I was eager to try this highly recommended product. However, the moment I opened the container, I realized something was terribly wrong. The powder inside was clumpy and had an odd texture, suggesting it had been exposed to moisture. This immediately raised concerns about the product's quality and safety. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was hit with a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as I opened the lid. The fumes were overpowering and filled the room, making me question whether this product was even safe to consume. Despite my reservations, I attempted to mix the powder, but it didn't dissolve properly. The clumps remained, leaving me with a gritty and unpalatable drink. This was unlike any other pre-workout I've used before, and it was clear that something was seriously wrong with this batch. Hoping to resolve the issue, I contacted LSA ONLINE DEALS! to express my concerns and request a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with silence. Ok I will say this stuff is incredibly effective and works quickly HOWEVER this is the worst tasting thing I’ve probably ever had. To me it tastes like actual poison, and it is very hard to drink. Other than the awful taste, it gives me quick energy and I can appreciate that.
