These shades are very poor quality, but if you don’t look close they’re OK. You can definitely tell that they’re cheap blinds. The materials to install are very easy with directions. The screws included for installation are garbage. They strip very easily with standard drill. Be careful not to over drill.

My wife and I were a little skeptical when we looked at these blinds. They not only look great, but work great as well. Definitely worth the money. We put them up in less than two hours. I bought ten of them. My wife loves them. Remember, happy wife happy life.

The bar along the bottom of the shade is supposed to be stapled in, however the staples didn't go through both layers of fabric. I had to glue it in place, has worked so far. The material of the shade feels thin and flimsy, easily marked by scuffs and scratches. Everything else is plastic besides the chain to raise and lower the shade. However, it looks nice and sleek, and it functions well. Easy to install.

Installation was quick and easy! It took about 10 minutes, from start to finish, using a power drill on a front door. The range of light that the slats allow through is excellent! They are very sturdy. My kid grabs at blinds, and has broken some others that I had. This set is way more durable! They look beautiful and coordinate perfectly with my home. The color matches what is shown online.

Zebra-style blinds are my favorite, they look modern and you still get options for both visibility and opacity. This brand is a bargain compared to made-to-measure blinds, but there are trade offs: 1) this blind will not always have "perfect" distance to the sash depending on whether you have the fabric vanes in closed/open/halfway position; 2) the gap on the sides will also vary. Install is less than 10 minutes. Screw in the brackets, pop on the headrail, mount the cord hold down (it takes screws but I used a Command Strip to spare more holes in my woodwork). You can move the pull cord to either the right or left. Since I chose a light-filtering option and will have curtains at the sides, the fact that this blind doesn't perfectly come to all the edges isn't a problem. And this standard-size shade was so much less than doing custom treatments!

The Red Grapes Zebra Blind arrived in perfect condition in a nice looking retail clear plastic box. Everything I needed was in the box and installation is very easy. Installation is 2 brackets and just a few minutes with a screw gun. The blinds are sturdy and look to be durable. they'll give many years of beauty to my window. The size is true. My window was just a little over 30 inches at the most narrow area of the window and the 30 was perfect. Of note, measure the top and bottom of the window there was about a quarter of an inch difference for me between top and bottom. Another thing I love about these blinds is the length. All of my windows are 72 inches and I'm delighted that these come that long. This zebra blind is really the perfect "have it your way". So think about the look you'd like before mounting the brackets. You can choose inside or outside mount and which way the roller is installed. I liked the clean lines of the inside mount with the pull on the left side, (reverse mount), so the blinds waterfall from the top and fall forward. Right side pull would allow you to see the blind roll at the top and would put the blinds further inside the window frame. With the left hand pull I lined the brackets up so that once the blind is installed it would fall just 1/8 of an inch inside the window sill giving a sleek modern appearance. The Red Grapes Zebra Blinds can lower all the way or at any point along the way and can adjust to be opaque or slatted giving a filtered look. All the way up to take advantage of early morning sun. So many different looks to suit your mood or your style.
