It was a great book for getting out of my comfort zone and expressing feelings. It let me answer some easy “if you was any animal you would be…” as well as some more hard hitting favorite memory questions that made me think. I personally thought it was extremely cheesy to the point I was second guessing getting it. I’ve never been an expressive girlfriend so when he read through he said he teared up a little which made it well worth it. I will say the only flaw is that the prompts can be a little repetitive at times so you have to be a little more creative in answering them. I made sure to add some doodles and write more than the prompt suggested just to add my own touch to it and more not so cookie cutter. ... show more

This was an out-of-the-box Christmas gift for my husband, and he loved it! I really appreciated the prompts on each page that provided a good blend of funny, deep, light-hearted and heartwarming. It made me think. I received it in September, and took 2 leisurely months filling out the pages, ensuring that I got the words just right. The end result was a very meaningful gift that my husband said was among the top three gifts I've ever gotten for him over the years - and I've gotten him some thoughtful gifts (some expensive, others, not so much). I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, the prompts are pretty creative, easy to read and each page has some style and color to it so the book isn't all black and white and boring. For the price it's a neat gift idea to show affection to your partner.

Ok this is too cute. It just has such lively and adorable font and design, enough to warm any soul. Each page has a different design of words ans unique spots to write your answers. Some have one or 2 word spots and some leave more room for more detailed answers. Fun and much better than any layout I would have made myself. Quick to do w thoughtful questions.
