Only used once so far but it put out a lot of heat and dried fast. However it’s pretty loud and I can’t see how it is adjustable in height. Doesn’t adjust like shown in product video. If I’m wrong, someone please show me how to do it. Otherwise, it is working great so far for what I bought it for.

I had a dryer like this years ago. But as a working woman it was easier to keep my hair short and use a blow dryer. Now, I retired. During covid I didn't get haircuts. My hair is below my shoulders. I put it in curlers & get my book. Dries my hair nicely. My hair has a nice bounce to it. I am pleased.

You can adjust the heat but not the height.

Some times I don't get my hair washed in time to dry automatically and I have somewhere to go. So, now I don't have to worry about that. This just sets on a table and I put a chair in front of it and sit under the hood for about 1/2 hour.

Frankly hood size is great but the lock to keep the hood down and secure for carrying is thin and cheap. I never got to use it. All of these portable dryers are not made of strong enough plastic.
