Ok ima just say this is a lifesaver. I loved the old school hair dryers, nothing beats it. I use this for myself, and it goes great when I need to dry a wig. Im able to put the wig stand right under this dryer and go about my business which is very convenient for me. Great for natural hair services as well. I love the three different settings as far as heat goes. I use it and so does my daughter and I have to use a lower setting for her. I love that it's an adjustable height. It was easy to maneuver. This product was easy to set up.

    • It’s not the best but it will do
It’s does get hot but the dome is small and if you have long hair it won’t dry , only the top of the head. The dryer head has no flexibility. For my clients that have Locs, the Locs take way longer to dry. I have to use my hand blow dryer to blow dry the ends of the hair. I have to do more work with this dryer than the other ones I had but they broke. If the dome was bigger this would have been a great dryer. ... show more

It works fantastic. Using it in a salon. I love it. Only thing is I needed a mallet to get the rollers on the bottom. No complaints though. I'm very pleased.

    • Not bad at all!
When this arrived in an enormous box, I was a bit intimidated knowing that I had to put it together. I got over that and did what needed to be done and if you've ever read any of my reviews (and you should, if you havent) you know that I have a 'thing' about instructions. Instrux need to be provided and instrux need to be clear. Only one of those things were true in this case. The instructions left much to be deciphered and/or assumed. The instrux are not impossible, but if the manufacturer bothered to clarify a few (all) of the steps, then putting the dryer together could be a much quicker process. So all in all, the instrux suck, but putting the dryer together can still be done with a little patience and a lot of assuming!! Once the dryer was put together, I was very impressed and pleased with it. I used it the same night that I completed it and the dryer worked like a dream. I tried it on all the settings, which is must low/medium/high for the heat level. The heat settings are on one side of the dryer helmet and on the opposite side is the on/off button as well as the timer. After playing around with this to make sure all heating functions worked, I actually used it to deep condition my hair after I'd washed it. I used it on the highest heat setting and timed it for 30 minutes. The High heat setting gets hot, but not hot enough to make me uncomfortable. I was able to remain under the dryer for the entire 30 minutes without cheating and once the time elapsed, the dryer dinged and auto turned off! The only problem I really had with the dryer was finding a way to sit under it. I found out that I have no chairs that fit properly under this dryer. I have extended chairs at my dining table and at my bar and I've never given that a second thought....until I used the hair dryer. I had to repurpose things around my home in order to sit under the dryer. I plan to purchase a proper chair by the time I use this dryer again. Overall, this hair dryer is awesome!! I am only giving it 4 stars because of the lousy instrux. But, whatever the case, this dryer is my new best friend!! ... show more
