The RED by Kiss 3000 Ceramic Stand Hood Dryer is an absolutely AMAZING piece of hair care equipment. Having my own standing hair dryer reminds me of going to my biweekly (Dominican) hair salon appointments. The dryer is powerful, it has multiple heat settings, different timed settings, is height adjustable and has wheels. When I am done using it, it tucks neatly out of the way into a corner. The best thing for me is to be able to take my time, deep condition my hair, watch my tv programs or movies (at home) or read and just chill. As with ALL of my electronics that I purchase, I ALWAYS purchase the insurance coverage (although there is usually a Warranty in place).     • Made poorly & missing pieces.
Although it delivered early the dryer came missing the “rubber hammer”. Also it was poorly made; the legs did not properly fit into the base and I had to stretch out the slots with a screw driver and press it down with my foot. Because it was poorly made one of the legs is uneven with the rest of the wheels resulting in one wheel being raised and not touching the ground; even after forcing the leg into the base. I’m pretty disappointed in the way that this came especially after seeing people say it is reliable and way to build. For the price it could’ve been made efficiently. ... show more

    • Cut my drying time in half!!!
Easily one of the best investments to my hair care routine (only second to milbon repair bond treatments and aphogee protein treatments). I have high porosity type 4 hair so my hair naturally dries faster. At the end of the day (normally a few hours after finishing wash day), I’ll sit under for 15min on medium heat setting, and my hair is perfectly dried! You honestly don’t need to be under here for long, but it also depends on your porosity/how wet your hair is. I also use this to harden step 1 of aphogee protein treatment since it needs to be dry and hardened, and it works perfectly! Setup was easy, I’ve been using this for months now and the only complaint is that sometimes the part that extends will fall, but I tied a hair tie around it and it stay well. I store it in my closet just fine, and it doesn’t take up too much space either. Definitely a WONDERFUL investment to save time and effort, I’m sure this would even be perfect for a heated deep conditioning! ... show more

I love this hair dryer! The hood is so big, so I can use a lot of large rollers on my long hair and it fits very comfortably. I appreciate the adjustability and the heat flow and is amazingly powerful. The noise is really minimal, not as loud as handheld dryers. The sound is an even hum. The clear tilting shield in the front allows the user to see bette,r and if you need to grab a magazine or snack, you will not pull the rollers out of place.     • Very difficult assembly!! Cheap parts.
The dryer itself works well but the other parts (like the base) are cheap. It was a nightmare putting it together and luckily my sister is an engineer and could make the base pieces go into their slots. There aren’t many other options so I would still recommend this product if you are good at putting things together. ... show more

This is a nice simple hair dryer. The dryer itself does not tilt which I do not like but I knew this when I purchased it. It is quiet, heats up quickly, works well, and clients love it. Great air flow. It is lightweight, and a good value. This is also great for at home drying.
