Replaced my awning fabric. This was a slight downgrade but way less expensive that the fabric that would accept the metal cover. So removed the old fabric including the metal roll cover that was useless, it did not even totally block weather or sun. This cover was a fraction of the price and works very well, looks good, was easier to change than I thought. Some “dry” silicone slide lubricant helps. Spray the track length before sliding it in.

Seem to be good quality.My husband works for an R. V manufacturer, so he 100% knows how to measure the awnings that being said the awning was about 2 inches Shy regarding The width So you might want to keep that in mind when or mine could have just been flawed? Other than that, it's a great value for the price Beautiful colors The material is nice and thick.Put together well , just wish it was a little wider.

After watching many awning replacement videos, installing this was easy despite the 19' size! My wife and I were able to replace the old awning and get everything back to how it was quicker than I expected. It still looks like new after one year. The construction quality is very good and the size was a perfect replacement. The white underside (our old awning was dark) makes the campsite brighter, especially at night with the awning lights and, so far, dirt has cleaned off easily.
