I ordered two of these to replace a small loveseat in my home and they fit perfectly in the area where the loveseat resided. They were well packaged and arrived without damage as so many large boxes often have. They assembled easily with a couple of bolts but we had to oil the foot rest latch on one of the chairs to make it easier to close. Please note that the chair will tip over if you don't get out of it gently, as the base is round. Use the arm rests to stand up and there is no problem. At 5.4 inches in height I have to curl my feet down to get the leg rest to retract. If I try to push with my lower legs it will not retract, but if I curl my feet I have no problem. Not sure if this would be the same for a taller person. Although the chair is not heavily padded it is very comfortable for me to watch TV and read. We Bought the pair to replace an old Lippert LovesSeat in our Grand Design Solitude. The chairs fit much better and not nearly as bulky! The color lighted up the RV. They look great and really light up the camper. Very lightweight, but not very comfortable. Especially for anyone over 6ft tall, since they are designed to be narrow to fit into tight places. The Leather is a little slippery and arm rests sit pretty low. Cupholders would be nice?!? It was already 99% pre-assembled, so final assembly was very easy. The chairs are good quality for the price. To assemble was actually quite easy except one thing. Missing hardware I had to go buy due to very bad packing. Half of the hardware was there but appeared to just be tossed into the box. The other half of assembly hardware was not there. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it just was shipping that made it go all over inside the box having to search for it when it was opened. I purchased 2 chairs and both were the exact same way. Missing assembly hardware. The hardware needs a package of its own and appropriately attached inside the packing. It wasn’t much assembly. Just a couple of cap screws, washers and nylon lock screws.     • foot rest will not hold my legs up

I am 6foot and the foot rest will not hold my legs up, I am also at load limit 250#. Chairs are nice and would have been great in are fifth wheel, But useless due to week mechanism. Wish they would have worked. Shipping is vary expensive to return equal to over 1/2 of purchase price one co was over purchase price. ... show more

Bottom swivel on one of the chairs was broken on arrival. I was going to return these, but then contacted the seller. They immediately replaced the chair. Great customer service. Chairs are a bit firm but still comfortable. We put these chairs in our Class C Sprinter RV, in place of the dinette. That freed up some carrying weight for us and the chairs are much more useful than the dinette. Footrests may not stay up for larger folks. I had no problem (5'6", 155 lbs). My husband, 6'4" 210 lbs, found the footrest would collapse on him. The seller sent us heavier springs, these work great and DH has no trouble with the footrest now. Overall impression - these are a good buy. They work for us. Most importantly contact the seller first if you have a problem. They are great to work with. I would buy from them again. ... show more

We bought these in Aug 22 and I should have asked these questions 6 or more months ago. Not expecting a reaction, but there is one fix/ hack that might help others. The tension springs on pop-out foot rest keep falling off. Hack: add a couple big zip-ties and this keeps them in place. Next, the bottom rotation ‘ring’ comes off whenever we move the chair back in place. Not serious, just a pain. Guess I will have to glue footing back in place Lastly. The color layer/dye peels/bubbles. Maybe my bad for trying to avoid leather - just really surprised to have these basic issues after spending about $375 on each Hope others have better luck Cheers ... show more

    • Comfortable for some, not so much for others.
These chairs replaced the dinette that we had in our RV. Good value, quality seems fine. Comfort is the question. If you are fairly short, you will find the chairs ok. Tall, less so. If the padding on the headrest were removable or adjustable it would be very helpful. As is, it hits me right at my shoulder blade. Annoying. However, we're still finding the chairs considerably more comfortable than the dinette "benches" that they replaced. ... show more
