You say "Feel free to contact", yet left NO contact information. I cannot reply to you on that other message through Amazon, so here we are. When in Electric Mode, the wheels are NOT to move at all, yet these wheels still move! This is not safe at all for anyone nor me in my condition. On incline the wheels still move! Maybe the "red button" on the sides of the wheels are defective? You never answered that part of my question. I see no difference at all between manual mode and electric mode, the wheels are always free moving, is this the way this wheelchair is supposed to be? I am disabled (right side paralysis) and cannot get into a moving wheelchair, I also cannot hold onto the brake lever and try to get into a free moving wheelchair at the same time, it is unsafe for me. The brake lever is too hard to engage for me, so this it NOT an option for me, and will NOT help while on an incline. Putting a wheelchair in electric mode means the wheels are NOT able to move, yet these do. I already watched your video several times and know how to use the "red button" which makes NO difference at all. Also, I paid for what was supposed to be a NEW wheelchair, this one is NOT new and was obviously USED. The box it came in was all torn apart and pieced back together with clear tape. The parts were all over the place in it. The "tools" it comes with that are supposed to be in that resealable bag, were all over the place because that bag was old, really dirty and ripped all over like it was run over a few times. I'm not even sure if I got all the tools. The black ties that were supposed to stay in tact to hold the wiring in place, someone had clipped them to where they fell off. Both front tires were both flat! It took forever to get this wheelchair from FedEx and they left it at the sidewalk! NOT at my front door or on my porch! (I guess not the seller's fault totally, besides choosing this carrier for delivery of it.) EVERY day for 4 days I got a message from FedEx stating "ON truck and out for delivery. Arriving today before 8PM", when the facility is only 20 minutes from my home. VERY frustrating! What will you do about these defective "red button wheels"? I will update IF anything changes... I really wanted to love this wheelchair... in hopes for some type of being independent.

Does it work. Yes. Is the outside battery pack damaged like it heated. Yes. Can I get someone from the company. No. I gave it 5 stars so this is seen.

The battery died within 2 months. Parts fell off. I would give it a 5 out of 10. Came from China, can't return. I did get complaints on how nice it looked.

This item was a gift from a friend and a caring boss for my birthday. I was excited to finally receive the Reclining Electric Wheelchair after waiting past the promised delivery date. The first interaction I had to have was with an Amazon agent who works with the seller of the item. After opening the package and doing minor assembly, I found the size measurement to be inaccurate, which prevented me from being able to sit in the chair. The foam on the cushion was very thin, so I am disappointed about this.
