The pulley for reclining broke within 30 minutes of putting this recliner together. Rocker and swivel work decently. The massage feature works better than expected. But overall, now that I CANT recline the recliner within 30 minutes of putting this together it’s not worth the cost or effort to assemble. $300+ dollars I will NEVER get back from Amazon and now worthless. It will cost more money to send back because of the size and I would have to DISASSEMBLE and REPACKAGE and pay for shipping. The chair is wide and very comfortable it can also accommodate two average size people, perfect for sitting for a long time. I like that it rocks and also turns all the way around. The massage and heat features are a big plus, especially after work when I just want to relax. Although the vibrations are not that strong but its worth the price i paid. The chair is very heavy and difficult to move or return. I needed help from a friend just to assemble it. After a short period of use, it started making a loud squeaking noise, which became worse over time. The seller suggested troubleshooting steps such as applying oil or soap, but this did not resolve the issue. I attempted to request a refund, but it was not approved, and returning the item was very difficult due to its size and weight. I strongly recommend reading all reviews carefully before purchasing.
