The toy is quiet if only using the licking portion, it is a bit louder and less discreet when using the thrusting/ring part of it but still not super loud. It seems well made and feels super soft. The moving ring is a great addition and really makes this toy great as well as all of the different vibration/licking setting. Having the app to control it is a bonus as well.
