Part of the armrest support was shipped inside the metal cage that comprised the rocker/recliner assembly. Unless you have a metal shop to be able to disassemble the entire chair, you are out of luck. Very heavy and expensive loss.

This is really cute, and I like the heat. The massage is like vibrations, and it’s not very fluffy. You can feel the boards under the cushions, especially on the foot rest.

This is the best recliner I've seen so far, 1 person assembles it quickly too, it only takes ten minutes, the installation video is very clear, I really super love the shell shape, it's also very comfortable and soft to sit on, it also massages and heats up properly, it's recommended.
