The media could not be loaded. Sometimes I wish Amazon would have a half-star option. There’s definitely pros and cons to this rocking recliner. I purchased it for my office as an alternative place to sit other than my desk when my back gets sore or I just need a break. What I love about this chair: Color is gorgeous. Fabric is soft. Rocking/Gliding is super smooth. The massage feature is great! The heating feature works and will come in handy in winter. What I don’t love: Assembly instructions were a joke. I just followed the pictures and was able to get it together in about 45 minutes. A couple of the zippers were sewn in the wrong way, but I was still able to zip them. Lumbar support is going to be an issue. There isn’t really enough cushion, it’s OK for now, but I can imagine overtime I will need to get a back support cushion for it. I would imagine this is due to the heat and massage components. The rocking/gliding feature does not work while it’s reclined. Personally, I don’t plan on reclining it very often since I bought it as a rocking chair. Overall, I would recommend this chair, if I had purchased it at a local furniture store with the heat and massage features I would’ve spent 2 to 3 times as much so I feel like I got a good product for the price.

I thought 300+ for a recliner was a decent price and I was wrong. These were a hassle to put together and half of the parts don't line up correctly. Everything goes together with Velcro and zippers. Many of the zippers were sewed on backwards. These sit in my living room unable to be put together correctly and nearly functional because the return is even more of a hassle. They are decently comfortable to sit in even with the parts not being aligned but reclining is a nightmare. They will not stay back when you recline. You have to constantly apply pressure to the back to keep it down. Cannot wait to burn them. Please don't even try these. It's not worth it. You can do better.

The chair is very soft and comfortable, like an adult form of a beanbag chair. However, it’s low to the ground so some might have problems getting out of it. Try as I might, I can’t make it recline. The heat function might be useful if I could turn off the vibration but apparently they work together. It is a beautiful chair and would be perfect if I had a lap dog or cat to climb into it with me. (My dogs are 80 and 100 pounds) My hubby assembled it for me and he definitely had his grumbles about that. I don’t regret buying it, I just need an ottoman with it because it’s a recliner that doesn’t.

This chair looks like it would be comfy but somehow a cable underneath came disconnected and when I put it together the foot rest wouldn't work. It doesn't look like anything's broken but there's no instructions on what to do with a cable that's loose so it is just sitting unassembled in the middle of my living room. Unsure how to contact the seller. If anyone knows where the loose metal end of the cable underneath goes let me know! The one that operates the footrest When you pull on the little ring. It came disconnected in mine and no instructions on where to put it.

I was really scared to order this; 11 reviews but I have to put down almost $500??? I am so glad I took the risk. The instructions are Very Unhelpful but once this thing is set up?? It's a dream. I'm a larger person and was worried this wouldn't be roomy enough; it's absolutely amazing, enough room for me and my stuffed animals. The base remains on the floor, which is a safer design for rocking chairs if you have pets around. The massage components are more just a vibration, but I genuinely would have bought this without those and been really really happy. I'm heavily considering buying a second one for my living room. What a delight this product is.

The seller was able to address my quick concern about package contents. I thought I was missing an armrest and requested a refund/replacement. The seller provided clarity that resolved my issue. The product is easy to assemble and functional. The only criticism I have thus far is to include a 1 minute video walking through assembly. Literally only takes a minute but because of the packaging I couldn’t identify the parts.
