This is a terrific recliner, very attractive with lots of fine features. For less than the cost of a regular chair, we got added heat and massage functions. And, even better is the helpful and patient support we received. Although we got outside help in assembling the chair, one of the critical instructions ( to zip two pieces together) was skipped. As a result, our back panel, put in backwards, would not assume the upright position. Instead, it reclined at a 45 degree angle. Service support was impressive. They requested photos, send back photos and suggestions, stayed calm and helpful until, ultimately the situation was resolved. I would absolutely buy a chair from these folks again.

The chair was cheap, so I didn't expect it to be that great. I was definitely wrong. I don't have a lot of guests so I'm the only one home most of the time, the cushions are soft and easy to clean, and it's not too big to take up half the room. It doesn't swivel nor does it have a motorized lift, but for its price, neither of those are necessary. I can read in it quietly all afternoon and sometimes when I'm tired I'll just sleep in it. The mechanism that controls the footrest broke during use, I thought I might have used it too often, I tried to contact the supplier and then I received a replacement part after 4 days, excellent customer service! I would recommend it.

I love this recliner! It's not motorized either. It just has a little lever on the side to open the foot rest. You have to leg it to snap the footrest back into place. This can be hard to do for someone who doesn't have a lot of leg strength. Other than that, everything is great. The fabric is soft, the massage and heat work properly, and I think I'll get one for my nephew who really enjoys reading his comics on the couch.

It drags on the floor when reclining you feel every piece of metal used to make the chair it's very uncomfortable vibration is very weak and the heat is nothing more then to take the chill out of the material it was a waste of money and I'd give it away to someone I wouldn't call a friend

The chair arrived earlier than expected. My mom has been unsteady on her feet and tried using other recliners but she didn't have the strength to retract the footrests so we repurchased the power recliner. She said the chair is very comfortable and she loves it. But I would like to share that you need to accept that the assembly of this chair may take you 1-2 hours (After all, it is less expensive than other recliners), I had a few questions during the assembly process and the seller responded quickly every time. Other than that its all good and I give give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Took about an hour for one person to assemble. It was a little difficult for one person to assemble the handrail, but it was doable. I really like the built-in heat and massager because I don't have to worry about a separate heating pad and cord, and the massager helps with my sleep disorder! The recliner works great and the whole chair is very comfortable and relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommended.
